Job Overview

We are hiring an Associate – Finance & Accounting to support the organization’s financial operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. You will work with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Record daily accounting entries in accounting software
Assist in maintaining general ledger and supporting schedules
Verify invoices, receipts, and expense records
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements
Generate invoices and track receivables
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Support preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets
Maintain proper financial documentation and compliance records

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / BBA or equivalent)
0–2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (freshers may apply)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Knowledge of GST and taxation basics
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
