Sales that turns the enquiries you already get into orders.
Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem: the enquiry arrives, waits hours for a reply, gets one call and a note saying ‘follow up’, and goes quiet. We fix the process, the people and the CRM behind it — and where you have no sales team yet, we are it.
Who this is for
Where a sales pipeline usually leaks.
Take last month’s lost enquiries and read them in order. It takes an afternoon, and it almost always points at one of these three.
The reply comes too late
Median time from enquiry to first human contact is hours, not minutes. The business that answers first usually wins the order, whatever the price.
Deals stall after the quote
One attempt, then silence. A written follow-up sequence — what is sent, when, by whom — is the cheapest fix in sales and the one most often missing.
Nobody owns the handover
Marketing counts leads, sales counts orders, and the step between belongs to no one. Both sides report success while the enquiries die in the gap.
Six areas of work
Start with the area your problem lives in.
Each area has a hub page explaining what it covers, what it costs to get wrong, and the services inside it.
Sales strategy, management and enablement
Turning selling from personal talent into a company system: process, playbook, targets, skills and a management rhythm.
Outsourced sales and business development
Selling capacity you have not built yet — lists, outreach, qualification, appointments, follow-up, weekly numbers.
Channel, partner, franchise and retail growth
Selling through other businesses: dealers, distributors, resellers, franchisees — recruited, enabled and reviewed.
Customer experience, success and retention
Keeping and growing the revenue already won — onboarding, support, renewals, referrals.
Revenue operations, CRM, data and AI
A CRM the team actually uses, clean records, lead routing, automation and a report you can trust.
Revenue planning and fractional leadership
Senior sales and revenue direction — a fractional head of sales or CRO — before you can afford the full-time hire.
Lead response and follow-up
Every enquiry answered the same day, by a named person, with the next step written down.
Sales process design and implementation
The stages, the handovers and the CRM fields, designed with your team and then run with them until it sticks.
Sales training and development
On the calls that matter — discovery, objections, the close — with recordings reviewed, not a slide deck delivered.
CRM implementation and customisation
Zoho, HubSpot or what you have, set up around how you actually sell, and adopted rather than abandoned.
SDR and BDR services
Outbound calling, email and LinkedIn, run for you, with qualified meetings handed to your closer.
Dealer development
Finding, signing and onboarding the dealers who will carry your product into a city you are not in.
Before any retainer, a free audit: we read your recent lost enquiries end to end, measure the gap between arrival and first reply, and look at what the CRM says happened. You get a scored report of where orders are being lost, and you keep it whether or not you work with us.
We do not publish a price. We scope the work in the audit and put the fee in writing before anything begins. Contracts are three to six months with a defined first deliverable, not a twelve-month lock.
Questions
Our salespeople say the leads are bad. Are they?
Sometimes. The way to settle it is to score twenty of them against a written definition of a good lead before anyone calls. Without that definition the argument cannot be resolved, because both sides are right about different leads.
Can you sell for us if we have no sales team?
Yes. Outsourced calling, outreach and appointment setting is a large part of what we do, with the numbers reported to you weekly. We would also tell you when it is time to hire your own person, and help you do it.
How soon would I see more orders?
Fixing response time and follow-up shows up in weeks, because the enquiries are already arriving. Building a sales process or a dealer network is months. We tell you which you are looking at in the first meeting.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list. We scope the work in the free audit and put the fee in writing — split into our time, any tools, and any calling capacity — before anything begins.
