Services

Enquiries arrive and too few of them turn into orders.

Marketing brings the enquiries in, and the sales system answers them and follows up until they are won or closed. Each service has its own page, can be bought on its own, and is measured on enquiries and orders.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Not sure where to start? Tell us what you need and we will say which one to fix first.

For people and employers

Not a company problem? Start here.

Two sets of pages written for a reader rather than a service: the person whose own name carries the business, and the employer a candidate is looking up.

How we work

Tell us what you need, and we start from there.

You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.

We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Questions

Questions owners ask.

Not answered here? Ask on WhatsApp or call, and you will speak to someone who does the work.

Do I have to buy a package?
No. Every service here can be bought on its own. You can start with the one thing we say to fix first and add the next once it is measured.
Which service should I start with?
Your requirements brief and our first conversation answer that. Response time, a follow-up sequence and the marketing-to-sales handover are the places we look early, but we choose after reading your brief.
What is the difference between the marketing and sales services?
Marketing services bring enquiries in: search, ads, content, social, website. Sales services turn them into orders: process, CRM, follow-up, training, retention. Channel services build the dealers and partners who sell for you.
Do you work with businesses outside Bengaluru?
Yes, across India, by call, WhatsApp and shared documents. We have one office, in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, and travel for sessions that need to be in person.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
