Job Overview
We are hiring an Associate HR to support core human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and records management. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and databases
- Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Contribute to internal HR projects, audits, and reporting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR tools, databases, and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
