Physiotherapy clinics · Sales training

Train the desk to explain a full course, not just book a single session.

Sales training for a physiotherapy clinic covers the real conversations staff have daily: explaining why a full course matters, following up on a missed session, and answering a referral call. This differs from generic customer service training. GullySales builds this from the clinic's own patterns.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A training room before a session: a flip chart hung on the wall under a clock, the front row of chairs set out on the floor, one chair just lifted down and still out of line, the rest of the chairs stacked, and the handouts waiting on the floor

What sales training means

Sales training teaches a sales team a skill it does not yet have, such as handling a specific objection or running a proper site visit, usually through a structured session. GullySales runs these sessions around real objections and calls from your business rather than generic sales theory.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Explaining the full course is a specific, teachable skill”

Staff trained to explain why six sessions, not two, are recommended see better course completion than those who just book what is asked.

  • “Referral calls need a different tone to patient calls”

A call from a surgeon's office expects speed and clarity on availability, not the same conversation used with a patient.

  • “Training uses the clinic's own drop-off patterns”

Reviewing which point in the course patients typically stop attending teaches staff exactly where to focus re-engagement effort.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Full-course explanation training

A session teaching staff how to explain why a complete course, not just the next session, is recommended.

Result: Patients hear a clear, confident reason for the plan, not a vague suggestion.

  2. Referral call handling training

A session on the different tone and pace a surgeon's office call needs compared with a patient call.

Result: A referral call gets the speed and clarity a surgeon's office expects.

  3. Drop-off pattern review session

A training session built from the clinic's own data on where patients typically stop attending.

Result: Staff know exactly which point in a course needs the most attention.

  4. A new-hire onboarding script

A written script and reference for the front desk's first week, covering condition packages and common questions.

Result: A new front desk hire handles calls confidently from early on.

How the result is measured

  • Skill assessment scores
  • Objection handling improvement
  • Conversion rate after training

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for physiotherapy clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships, reply time, course completion rate, and whether your website has a page for each priority condition.

  2. 2

    Fix the response

A fast reply routine on phone and WhatsApp, with session reminders that reduce missed appointments.

  3. 3

    Build condition pages

A page per priority condition, naming therapist specialisation and what a typical course involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, a referral programme with surgeons and doctors, and outreach to companies for workplace ergonomics.

  5. 5

    Retain and complete the course

Course completion tracking, a rebooking call for any missed session, and a review ask once the course is finished.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before training shows results?
There is no fixed timeline. Booking conversations often improve quickly, while course completion rate takes longer and depends on patient circumstances too.
Who should be trained first?
The front desk and whoever handles doctor referral calls.
Home-visit apps promise a physiotherapist within the hour. How do we compete?
Not on speed. An app wins the one-off visit. You win the full course, so the page and the call have to name the therapist, the condition and what a course involves. The app cannot send the same physiotherapist back on Thursday, and your clinic can say who is coming.
Should our pages say how many sessions a condition takes?
Give a typical range written by your own physiotherapists, and say the assessment decides it. A patient who expects eight sessions is less likely to stop at three. It also answers the question most callers ask first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
