Physiotherapy clinics · Website

Build a site organised by condition, not a single techniques page.

Website development for a physiotherapy clinic means a site structured around individual condition pages with therapist specialisation and a clear booking step, rather than one page listing every technique together. GullySales builds the site so each condition can be found, trusted and booked on its own.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A shopfront being fitted out: scaffolding standing across the glazed front, a ladder leaning into the right bay, and a new fascia sign on a hoist rope, bolted home at its left end and still hanging low at the right

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Condition pages need their own booking path”

A page for sports injury rehab should let a visitor book an assessment or message on WhatsApp without hunting through a general contact page.

  • “Therapist specialisation needs to be visible, not buried”

A clear note on which therapist handles neuro-rehab or prenatal care builds more trust than a single combined team page.

  • “A referral form makes it easy for a doctor to send a patient”

A simple online form a surgeon's office can fill in removes friction that a phone-only referral process creates.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A condition-organised page structure

A site rebuilt around individual condition pages instead of one combined techniques page.

Result: A patient searching for a specific condition finds it directly, not buried in a list.

  2. A booking step on every condition page

A booking or WhatsApp link placed directly on each condition page, not only on a general contact page.

Result: A visitor on the right page can act at once instead of hunting for details.

  3. Individual therapist specialisation profiles

Separate therapist pages stating specialisation clearly, instead of one combined team page.

Result: A patient can find and trust the specific therapist suited to them.

  4. An online referral form

A simple form a surgeon's office can complete to refer a patient, replacing a phone-only process.

Result: A referring doctor's office can send a patient with less back and forth.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for physiotherapy clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships, reply time, course completion rate, and whether your website has a page for each priority condition.

  2. 2

    Fix the response

A fast reply routine on phone and WhatsApp, with session reminders that reduce missed appointments.

  3. 3

    Build condition pages

A page per priority condition, naming therapist specialisation and what a typical course involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, a referral programme with surgeons and doctors, and outreach to companies for workplace ergonomics.

  5. 5

    Retain and complete the course

Course completion tracking, a rebooking call for any missed session, and a review ask once the course is finished.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How soon can the condition pages be live?
It depends on how many conditions you want covered and how fast your therapists can check the wording. We set a date in the free audit once that list is agreed.
Can we keep the site we have and add condition pages to it?
Sometimes, but the structure is the part that has to go. Condition pages added to a site built around one techniques page still sit two clicks from the home page. Therapist bios and real patient stories carry over as they are.
Home-visit apps promise a physiotherapist within the hour. How do we compete?
Not on speed. An app wins the one-off visit. You win the full course, so the page and the call have to name the therapist, the condition and what a course involves. The app cannot send the same physiotherapist back on Thursday, and your clinic can say who is coming.
Should our pages say how many sessions a condition takes?
Give a typical range written by your own physiotherapists, and say the assessment decides it. A patient who expects eight sessions is less likely to stop at three. It also answers the question most callers ask first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
