Sales and marketing for optical stores.

We bring eye-test and eyewear customers from Maps and search, and get them back when the prescription changes. We work with optical stores from our office in Bengaluru, and we start by telling you which of the three usual problems — being found, being answered, being chosen — is actually yours.

How optical stores are chosen

It starts with how someone nearby who needs an eye test or new frames decides.

Almost every customer of an optical store is found the same way: someone nearby who needs an eye test or new frames searches, reads the reviews, and calls the first one that answers. Reach is cheap and reputation is dense, so the Maps result, the review count and the reply time decide more than any campaign does.

So the plan for an optical store is not the plan for the business next door — and the first thing we do is check which of the three usual problems is actually yours.

What usually needs fixing

Where optical stores lose customers, in the order we find it.

You are not the first result nearby

When a customer searches for what you do, three businesses show on the map and yours is not one of them. Everything else on this page is secondary to fixing that.

The call or WhatsApp waits

A missed call at 6pm or a message answered next morning is a customer who went to the next an optical store on the list. Reply time is the cheapest thing to fix and the most often broken.

The reviews are thin, or unanswered

Fewer reviews than the business down the road, or a complaint sitting unanswered, and the enquiry never comes. This is repairable in weeks, and it compounds.

How we work

The first fix is usually the cheapest one.

Before any campaign we look at how enquiries reach an optical store now and where they are lost. For most optical stores the first fix is response time, follow-up or the website — not a new channel. We do not publish a price; we scope the work in the free audit and put the fee in writing, split into our time, your media spend and production, before anything begins.

A baseline is recorded first, so a report can say what changed rather than describe activity. If something is not earning, we say so and stop it.

We are a small team in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Clients include Chord Road Hospital, SB Engineering, NewCom Logistics, Kerur Pain Clinic and Natural Gases, across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and services.

Questions

How soon would I see more customers?

Fixing reply time and the Maps profile shows in weeks, because the searches are already happening. Building reviews and local search takes a few months to compound. We tell you which you are looking at in the first meeting.

Do I need to advertise?

Often not first. For most optical stores the cheaper fix is being found on Maps and answering faster. Ads make sense when you need customers this month or want to fill a specific service — and we run them to a cost per enquiry, not a budget.

How much does it cost?

There is no price list. A single clinic and an exporter are different orders of work, and a range wide enough to cover both tells you nothing. We scope it in the free audit and put the fee in writing before anything begins.

Are you in our city?

Our only office is in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work with businesses across India from there, travel for the sessions that need a room, and run the rest over calls and shared documents. We will not claim an office we do not have.
