Wealth management firms · Branding

Look like the firm that manages money carefully, not the one that chases it.

Branding for a wealth management firm is the name, the visual identity and the tone that tell an investor this firm is careful with money before a single meeting happens. GullySales builds a brand that reads as steady and regulated, because that is what an investor moving a retirement corpus is checking for.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For wealth management firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Steady beats flashy”

An investor moving a retirement payout is checking for caution, not excitement. Colour, type and photography that read as considered rather than aggressive earn a longer look.

  • “The registration number belongs in the identity”

A SEBI registration number, clearly placed rather than buried in the footer, does more for trust than any tagline.

  • “One name across every touchpoint”

A firm known by the founder's name in conversation but a different brand on its website and filings confuses the investor doing a background check.

What we do

What we deliver for wealth management firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Identity kit for adviser-facing materials

Logo, colour and type rules set for the website, adviser profiles, proposal documents and business cards.

Result: The firm looks the same considered way at every touchpoint an investor checks.

  2. Registration number placed across every document

Your SEBI or AMFI registration shown consistently on the website, adviser profiles and printed proposals, not buried in a footer.

Result: An investor doing a background check finds it without hunting.

  3. Adviser credential format used everywhere

One layout for degree, certification and years of experience, used on the website, LinkedIn and the proposal template.

Result: An investor knows who is managing their money before the first meeting.

  4. Photography brief for advisers and the office

A shot list for adviser portraits and the meeting room that reads as considered rather than promotional stock photography.

Result: The first impression matches the caution an investor is looking for.

  5. One-name consistency check across filings and signage

A review of the name used in conversation against the website, filings, signage and social profiles, with a fix list.

Result: An investor cross-checking the firm's name does not hit a mismatch.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these wealth management firms.

  • Independent financial advisers
  • Registered investment advisory firms
  • Portfolio management services
  • Family offices
  • Mutual fund distributors
  • Insurance and wealth advisory practices
  • NRI-focused wealth advisers
  • Retirement and pension planning practices

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for wealth management firms

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how investors currently find you, what your website tells them about fees and advisers, and how long a proposal sits before anyone follows up.

  2. 2

    Build trust before the call

Adviser profiles, credentials, a clear explanation of the fee structure, and content that answers the questions investors search before they pick up the phone.

  3. 3

    Get the enquiry answered fast

A response routine for calls, WhatsApp and referrals, and a record of every enquiry so none sit unanswered.

  4. 4

    Bring investors in

Search visibility for the planning questions investors ask, and a referral process that gives existing investors an easy way to introduce someone.

  5. 5

    Keep the mandate

A reporting rhythm the investor can rely on, and a review-meeting cadence that surfaces the next need before the investor goes looking elsewhere.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does our branding need to look like a bank?
No. It needs to look regulated and considered. A boutique firm can look distinct and still read as careful with money.
How long does a rebrand take?
A focused identity update, covering the website, adviser profiles and documents investors see, typically takes six to eight weeks.
Can we show our past portfolio returns in ads?
Not freely, and usually it is safer not to. SEBI and AMFI rules restrict how past performance appears, and require set disclosures where it is allowed. We build the content around your process, your advisers and the plans you write instead.
Do you know the advertising rules for investment advisers?
Yes, in outline, and your compliance officer has the final word. SEBI's advertisement code for registered advisers rules out promised returns and testimonials, and asks for registration details to be shown. Nothing goes live until your compliance officer signs it off.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
