Wealth management firms · Video marketing

Let investors see the adviser explain a plan before they book a meeting.

Video marketing for a wealth management firm means short, plain videos of the adviser explaining a real question. That could be how a systematic investment plan works, or what changes at retirement. GullySales scripts and produces these so an investor sees the person they would be trusting before the first call.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What video marketing means

Video marketing is using short videos, such as a product demonstration or a customer walkthrough, to explain your business on social media, your website and Google listings. GullySales scripts, shoots and edits these videos around the questions buyers ask before they visit or call.

For wealth management firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A face on screen beats a stock photo every time”

An investor deciding who manages their money reads more trust into two minutes of the adviser explaining a concept than any written page can carry.

  • “Keep it to one question per video”

A video trying to cover five topics loses the investor by the second one. One clear answer to one common question performs better and is easier to reuse.

  • “Reuse the video across the website and social media”

The same explainer video works as a website page, a social post and part of a follow-up email, which makes the production cost worth it.

What we do

What we deliver for wealth management firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Adviser-on-camera explainer series

Short videos of the adviser explaining one concept at a time, such as how a systematic investment plan works.

Result: An investor sees the person managing their money before the first call.

  2. Tested script per video

A short, plain script for each video, written from real questions investors ask, rather than the adviser speaking freely.

Result: Advisers come across clearly instead of rambling on camera.

  3. Reuse plan across website, email and social

A standard way to place the same explainer video on a website page, in a follow-up email and as a social post.

Result: One video does the work of three pieces of content.

  4. Starter set of four or five core videos

A first batch covering the most common first-meeting questions, built to start earning views and searches.

Result: The firm has video ready to answer its most-asked questions.

  5. Filming day plan sized to adviser comfort

A filming schedule and coaching so advisers new to video are guided through a short, manageable session.

Result: Advisers get comfortable on camera without a stressful production process.

How the result is measured

  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Enquiries traced to video

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these wealth management firms.

  • Independent financial advisers
  • Registered investment advisory firms
  • Portfolio management services
  • Family offices
  • Mutual fund distributors
  • Insurance and wealth advisory practices
  • NRI-focused wealth advisers
  • Retirement and pension planning practices

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for wealth management firms

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how investors currently find you, what your website tells them about fees and advisers, and how long a proposal sits before anyone follows up.

  2. 2

    Build trust before the call

Adviser profiles, credentials, a clear explanation of the fee structure, and content that answers the questions investors search before they pick up the phone.

  3. 3

    Get the enquiry answered fast

A response routine for calls, WhatsApp and referrals, and a record of every enquiry so none sit unanswered.

  4. 4

    Bring investors in

Search visibility for the planning questions investors ask, and a referral process that gives existing investors an easy way to introduce someone.

  5. 5

    Keep the mandate

A reporting rhythm the investor can rely on, and a review-meeting cadence that surfaces the next need before the investor goes looking elsewhere.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does the adviser need to be comfortable on camera?
It helps, and most advisers improve quickly once they are working from a short, tested script rather than trying to speak freely.
How many videos does a firm need to start?
Four or five, covering the most common questions investors ask in a first meeting, is enough to begin seeing them shared and searched.
Can we show our past portfolio returns in ads?
Not freely, and usually it is safer not to. SEBI and AMFI rules restrict how past performance appears, and require set disclosures where it is allowed. We build the content around your process, your advisers and the plans you write instead.
Do you know the advertising rules for investment advisers?
Yes, in outline, and your compliance officer has the final word. SEBI's advertisement code for registered advisers rules out promised returns and testimonials, and asks for registration details to be shown. Nothing goes live until your compliance officer signs it off.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
