You will own search visibility for a set of client accounts — the audits, the fixes, the content briefs and the reporting. Most of our clients are local businesses competing in one city, so this is practical SEO: technical hygiene, pages that answer real queries, and a Google Business Profile that actually converts.
What you will do.
- Audit and fix: run technical audits, then work through crawl, speed and indexing issues with the web team.
- Plan content: research what clients' customers search for and brief writers on pages worth building.
- Local search: optimise Google Business Profiles, manage citations and keep NAP details consistent.
- Report: show clients what moved, what did not, and what you are doing next month.
What we are looking for.
- 1-2 years doing SEO on real sites, agency or in-house.
- Comfortable in Search Console, GA4 and at least one crawler.
- You can explain a ranking change to a client who does not know what a canonical is.
- Written English strong enough to brief a writer clearly.
