Gully Sales Private Limited is a company incorporated in India, with its office at #257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru 560072, Karnataka, India. Its registered office is #1674, 1st Block, Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout, Nagadevanahalli, Bengaluru 560056, Karnataka, India.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gully Sales Private Limited. "You" means the person or business using this site or our services.

Using this website

You may read, share and reference material on this site for business purposes. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it at scale, or use it for model training without our written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the site, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to use it for unlawful or misleading material.

Enquiries and proposals

Content on this site does not constitute an offer. The fee, the term and the deliverables are set out in the proposal or statement of work we issue to you, and that document governs the engagement. If you want to start the conversation, tell us what you need, or talk to us with any question about these terms.

If you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

Our services

We provide sales and marketing services, including strategy, campaign delivery, lead generation, content, search visibility and channel partnerships.

The scope, the fee and the term of any engagement are fixed in the proposal or statement of work, and nothing on this website is a price quote. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing and your product. We do the work set out in that document, and we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, ranking positions or revenue unless a signed document says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

An engagement needs input from you, including access to accounts and analytics, approval of creative work, accurate product information, and timely responses to leads.

Where your input is delayed, the work moves accordingly. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you publish, and you confirm that you hold the rights to the brand assets and images you give us.

Fees and payment

Fees and any third-party costs such as advertising spend are set out in your proposal. Advertising budgets paid to platforms are passed through separately.

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Where an account is unpaid, we may pause work after giving written notice.

Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for you become yours once the invoices covering them are paid in full.

We retain ownership of our methods, templates, frameworks and pre-existing material. You may use these within your deliverables, but you may not resell or license them separately.

Unless we agree otherwise, we may name you as a client and describe the work in general terms in our portfolio and case studies.

Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the purposes of the engagement. Each of us protects it with the same care we apply to our own. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Ending an engagement

Either of us may end a continuing engagement by giving written notice in line with the statement of work. On termination, you pay for work performed and commitments made up to that date.

Either of us may end the engagement immediately if the other commits a serious breach and does not remedy it within a reasonable period after being notified.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We update these terms as our services change. The version published here applies, and the date shown indicates when it was last updated. This version is effective from 15 September 2026, the date shown at the top of this page.
