Customer Success & Operations Intern

You will shadow how a small team looks after its customers: onboarding, follow-ups, payment reminders and the daily update that keeps everyone honest. Nothing here is a simulation; every customer and every reminder is real.

What you will do

  • Sit in on onboarding calls, then run one yourself once you know the drill
  • Follow up with customers for documents, approvals and feedback, by phone, WhatsApp and email
  • Note every customer requirement properly, so nothing is repeated back wrong later
  • Send payment reminders for renewals, hosting and subscriptions, politely and on schedule
  • Update the CRM or tracking sheet daily, so the team's picture is never stale
  • Flag anything that looks like it is going wrong to the person running the account

What we are looking for

  • Good communication in English and Kannada or Hindi
  • Comfortable in Google Sheets, WhatsApp and a CRM or project tool
  • Polite under pressure, since a payment reminder is still a customer conversation
  • Available for a six-month internship
  • Any graduate; a summer of customer-facing work counts more than the degree
