HR Intern
You will support the people side of a small firm in Nagarbhavi: scheduling interviews, onboarding paperwork and keeping employee records straight. HR here is one person doing everything, so you see the whole job, not one slice of it.
What you will do
- Post job openings, screen resumes and schedule interviews for the hiring manager
- Prepare onboarding paperwork and walk new joiners through their first day
- Keep employee records and the HR database accurate and current
- Help plan small employee engagement activities, such as a lunch or a quiz
- Track attendance and support basic payroll coordination
- Take notes in HR meetings and turn them into a clear action list
What we are looking for
- Currently studying or recently finished a degree in HR, business administration or a related subject
- Comfortable talking to people, including ones asking for a favour
- Familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Trustworthy with confidential information, without needing to be asked twice
- Available for a structured internship

- Business Development InternYou will spend your mornings finding businesses that might need us and your afternoons helping move existing conversations forward. A senior colleague reviews your calls, proposals and lead lists each week, so you leave with a real sense of how business-to-business selling works.
- Business Development TraineeYou will spend most of each day finding businesses that might need us and calling them cold. A senior salesperson checks your lead lists and call notes every week, and the real test is whether a stranger agrees to a second conversation.
- Client Servicing AssociateYou will be the person each client speaks to. You keep work moving between the client and the delivery team in our Nagarbhavi office, and manage expectations honestly along the way. If something agreed on a call goes quiet, you are the one who chases it down.
