HR Intern

You will support the people side of a small firm in Nagarbhavi: scheduling interviews, onboarding paperwork and keeping employee records straight. HR here is one person doing everything, so you see the whole job, not one slice of it.

What you will do

  • Post job openings, screen resumes and schedule interviews for the hiring manager
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork and walk new joiners through their first day
  • Keep employee records and the HR database accurate and current
  • Help plan small employee engagement activities, such as a lunch or a quiz
  • Track attendance and support basic payroll coordination
  • Take notes in HR meetings and turn them into a clear action list

What we are looking for

  • Currently studying or recently finished a degree in HR, business administration or a related subject
  • Comfortable talking to people, including ones asking for a favour
  • Familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Trustworthy with confidential information, without needing to be asked twice
  • Available for a structured internship

    Send the form

Your details, your CV and a few lines about something you have actually done.

  2. 2

    We read every application

  3. 3

A short call if it fits

We call to talk about the role and the work you described.

  4. 4

    A conversation about real work

For most roles, a small practical exercise or a walk through work you have done.

  5. 5

    A decision either way

You hear back from us, whether or not we take it further.
