Keep the patient past visit eight, and catch the call that rings mid-adjustment.

A patient in acute pain does not research. They search on a phone at eleven at night, work out who is open tomorrow, and call the first clinic that picks up. A wellness patient behaves nothing like that, which is why one website cannot speak to both.

In one paragraph

Chiropractic marketing brings in the person searching at midnight with a back they cannot straighten. Whether the practice grows then depends on the front desk: the insurance question, the same-day slot, the call that went to voicemail at lunch. GullySales works on both halves, from the condition page a patient reads to the call nobody returned.

The harder problem starts after the first visit. A care plan is agreed at the report of findings, and somewhere near visit eight the patient decides they feel well enough. Nobody calls. Six months later they pull something again and search for a chiropractor nearby, as though they had never been.

How buyers decide

How chiropractic clinics are chosen.

Acute pain decides on Google Maps in about ninety seconds. The patient scans two or three reviews looking for their own symptom, sciatica or a pinched nerve or headaches, and calls whoever can see them today. If the phone goes to voicemail while the front desk is turning rooms, the next clinic on the list gets the patient. The two questions on that call are always whether they can come in today and whether you take their insurance.

Planned and cash-based care is chosen slowly. Someone weighing spinal decompression, or a pregnant patient looking for prenatal care, reads the condition page, watches a video of the doctor, and checks Healthgrades and Zocdoc alongside Google. They want to know what a first visit involves, whether there will be X-rays, and what a full plan costs before insurance enters the conversation.

Referrals are a different business again. Personal injury attorneys send auto accident cases to the clinics that document well and answer the paralegal on the first call. Primary care physicians, gyms and running clubs send the rest. One paralegal changing firms takes the auto cases with her, which is why that relationship needs a name against it and a routine, rather than a card at Christmas.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for chiropractic clinics.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • Patients disappear after visit eight

The plan said twenty-four visits, the patient felt better at eight, and nobody phoned to ask why the last three appointments were cancelled.

  • The phone rings while both of us are in rooms

New patient calls go to voicemail at eleven in the morning, and by the time anyone listens the caller has booked elsewhere.

  • Every new patient call starts with insurance

The front desk gives a careful answer about benefits and deductibles, and the caller says thank you and hangs up.

  • Our reviews are five stars and nine months old

The most recent one was left before we changed our hours, and a patient checking today cannot tell whether the clinic is still busy.

  • We ran a screening offer and got no-shows

Forty people claimed a discounted exam on Facebook, eleven booked, four turned up, and none of them started care.

  • Two thousand old patients and nobody has written to them

The system is full of people last seen over a year ago, and the only contact any of them get is a birthday text.

What we do

What we do for chiropractic clinics.

Everything included for chiropractic clinics, and the result each part is there to produce.

  1. A page for each condition, not one services list

Separate pages for sciatica, disc problems, headaches, prenatal care and decompression, each answering what the first visit involves and what the plan looks like.

Result: A patient searching their own symptom lands on a page about it.

  2. Google Business Profile and the Maps position

Hours, services, treatment photographs and questions answered on the profile, checked against the website, and the Maps position tracked for your own town.

Result: The ninety-second search ends on your listing instead of the clinic down the road.

  3. Missed-call text-back and a same-day slot rule

An automatic text to any call that rang out, plus an agreed rule for which slot in the day is held open for a patient in acute pain.

Result: The caller who reached voicemail has an appointment instead of a competitor.

  4. An insurance answer the front desk can give in one breath

Written wording for the benefits question that keeps the caller on the line and moves to booking, with the verification itself still done properly afterwards.

Result: The insurance question stops being the point where callers hang up.

  5. A review routine that stays inside HIPAA

An ask timed to the visit where patients feel the difference, and replies written to never confirm that someone was treated here.

Result: Recent reviews arrive without anyone putting patient information in public.

  6. Reactivation campaigns run from your own records

The inactive list pulled from ChiroTouch, Jane or whatever you run, split by why they stopped, and worked by call, post and text where consent allows it.

Result: Former patients come back at a fraction of the cost of new ones.

  7. An attorney and physician referral programme

A named list of the personal injury firms and medical offices that send work, a documentation standard their paralegals actually want, and a routine for keeping in touch.

Result: A referral source survives the paralegal who moves firms.

  8. Monthly report against the baseline

New patient calls by source, missed calls, exams booked and kept, plan completion and reactivations, reported each month against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can see whether growth came from new patients or from keeping old ones.

How the result is measured

  • New patient calls and their source
  • Missed calls and how many were called back
  • Exams booked against exams kept
  • Plan visits completed against visits prescribed
  • Reactivated patients each month
  • Reviews per month and reply rate

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

New patient exams · Sciatica and disc care · Spinal decompression programmes · Headache and neck pain care · Sports injury and performance care · Prenatal and paediatric adjustments · Auto accident and personal injury cases · Workers' compensation cases · Massage and rehabilitation add-ons · Care plan reactivation for former patients · Corporate and on-site wellness screenings

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what chiropractic clinics most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Same-day back pain and sciatica campaign

Search advertising for the acute searches that happen late at night and early in the morning, pointed at a page that says how soon you can see someone.

Result: The patient who cannot wait finds a clinic that says it will see them today.

  • Decompression and disc care campaign

A programme page, a video of the doctor explaining the table and the course, and advertising aimed at patients who have already been told surgery is the next step.

Result: Cash-based enquiries come from people who understand what they are booking.

  • New in town campaign

Advertising and a welcome offer aimed at people who have just moved into your area and lost the chiropractor they used for years.

Result: You reach a patient at the one moment they are actively looking for a new clinic.

  • Reactivation of inactive patients

A sequence by call, post and text to patients last seen six, twelve and twenty-four months ago, written differently for each group.

Result: A list that was sitting idle starts filling the quiet afternoons.

  • Auto accident attorney programme

Outreach to personal injury firms, a documentation and reporting standard for their cases, and a check-in routine with the paralegals who actually route the work.

Result: Accident cases arrive steadily rather than whenever someone remembers you.

  • Pre-season athlete campaign

Screening offers and talks at gyms, running clubs and school sports programmes in the weeks before a season starts, when injuries are still preventable.

Result: Athletes meet the clinic before they need it urgently.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of chiropractic clinics, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Personal injury attorneys and their paralegals

The paralegal decides where a case goes, so the material and the follow-up are written for her rather than for the named partner.

  • Primary care and orthopaedic offices

Doctors refer to chiropractors they have met, and a short introduction with a clear note on what you treat opens that door.

  • Gyms, boxes and yoga studios

A talk, a screening morning or a simple arrangement with the owner puts you in front of people who already train and already hurt.

  • Running clubs and local races

Race day tents and club nights work for sports-focused practices, and we build the follow-up so a conversation turns into an exam.

  • Employers and on-site screenings

Warehouses, call centres and factories have back injuries as a standing cost, which makes an on-site screening an easy conversation with HR.

  • Massage and physical therapists nearby

Practitioners who see the same patients from a different angle refer both ways once someone sets up the arrangement.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace last quarter's new patients to their real source, count the calls that went unanswered, and look at how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call text-back, a written insurance answer, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the attorney, physician and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

We run the work month by month, report against the baseline every month, and you renew on the numbers. No twelve-month lock.

FAQ

Questions chiropractic clinics ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Within limits that change from state to state. Your chiropractic board sets what may be claimed, the FTC expects a health claim to be supported, and patient testimonials carry their own rules. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your attorney before it runs.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. Acknowledging someone's care in a public reply is the HIPAA mistake practices get penalised for. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
Can we offer a free or discounted first exam?
It depends who the patient is. Offers to patients covered by federal programmes run into inducement rules, and several state boards restrict discount advertising outright. Your attorney draws that line, and we build the campaign inside it.
Will you answer our phones?
No, and no outside team should be doing that for a clinic. A patient in pain hears the difference in the first sentence. What we run is the missed-call text-back, the web enquiry reply and the follow-up on anyone who did not book, at hours agreed before we start.
Can you text our patient list?
Only the part of it that has given consent, and only from a number registered for A2P 10DLC. Most practices find their list is a mix, with some patients who can be texted and some who can only be called or posted to. We split the list before anything goes out.
How do we get patients to finish the care plan?
By noticing the moment they stop. A cancelled visit that never gets rebooked is the signal, and a call from the front desk that same week brings many of them back. Most practices have no rule for it, so nobody makes the call.
What does this cost?
A solo practice and a four-doctor clinic need different work, so the audit comes before any number. After it the fee arrives in writing, split three ways: our time, your advertising spend, and production such as video of the doctor. We work in three to six month terms.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. There are no account managers in between, and the hours we overlap with your day are agreed before anything starts.
