Interior design firms · Apartment advertising

Work the towers where possession happened this year.

Apartment advertising for a design firm is media inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a weekend morning at the clubhouse. The towers worth buying are the ones handed over recently, where whole floors are being measured at once. GullySales takes the association's written permission first and codes each community separately.

An interior designer's finishes library: a floor-to-ceiling wall of pigeonhole bins holding tile, stone and timber samples on edge, a rolling ladder standing at the one empty bin, and a pull-out tray below with six samples laid out

What apartment advertising means

Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

For interior design firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The possession year decides the list

A tower that received its occupancy certificate months ago has forty flats being measured at the same time. A society that filled up a decade back is a renovation market, which is a slower and different pitch.

  • A flat you have finished in that block is your best line

Neighbours ask to see it, and the security staff remember your carpenter. One completed 3BHK inside the tower does more on a notice board than a portfolio of villas.

  • The society's fit-out rules belong in the quote

Work timings, the service lift slot, the debris charge and the refundable deposit differ from one association to the next, and they change what a kitchen costs to install. Collect them with the permission.

  • The clubhouse enquiry is about one room

Residents ask what a kitchen or a TV unit costs, not what a whole home costs. Carry a rate band per room, because a turnkey figure ends the conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for interior design firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Community list built on handover dates

Towers and layouts near you that received possession recently, with the number of flats and which blocks are still fitting out.

Result: You advertise where people are measuring right now.

  2. Permission and fit-out rules collected together

The secretary or facility manager agreeing the format and the period, and handing over the society's work timings, deposits and lift rules at the same meeting.

Result: You quote with the society's restrictions already priced in.

  3. Panel artwork pointing at a flat in that block

A code on the panel opening photographs of a finished flat in the same tower or the same layout, instead of a general portfolio page.

Result: A neighbour sees the exact layout they live in, finished.

  4. A clubhouse morning with a rate band per room

One weekend slot with a designer present, a written range for a kitchen, a wardrobe and a TV unit, and measurements taken where residents ask.

Result: You leave with briefs instead of handed-out cards.

  5. One code per society

A number or code used inside those gates and nowhere else, so an enquiry can be traced to the tower and the block it came from.

Result: You know which handover is worth the next campaign.

  6. Dated photographs and a removal date

A picture with the date from each board as the campaign starts, and the media taken down or renewed the week the permission ends.

Result: Nothing of yours is left curling on a notice board.

How the result is measured

  • Communities covered
  • Permissions in writing
  • Enquiries quoting the community code

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

The society has an empanelled vendor list. How do we get on to it?
By asking the facility manager what the panel needs, which is commonly a registration, a work record and sometimes a deposit. A poster will not put you on the list. Do it alongside the media, because empanelment keeps sending work long after the campaign ends.
How many societies before this is worth doing?
Fewer than most owners expect. Two or three recently handed-over towers, each worked properly with a weekend morning, beat twenty panels scattered across a suburb. The panel matters because your work is already visible in that block.
How soon would we see more signed projects?
Fixing quote follow-up moves first, since the enquiries you already have are the easiest to recover. Ranking for a search such as 2BHK interior designer in your area, and building architect referrals, takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most firms gain first from a strong Instagram presence and local search. Advertising helps for a project type with spare design capacity.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
