Turn a one-time network installation into a yearly support contract.

Most IT and networking firms are called in an emergency. The server has crashed, or someone clicked the wrong email and the files are locked. The firm fixes it and sends an invoice, while a competitor with an annual maintenance contract (AMC) keeps the client for years.

A 45-minute audit call, a written and scored report within a few working days, then a monthly report against your baseline.

In one paragraph

Marketing for an IT services and networking company means being the firm an office or school calls when the network fails or a new branch needs cabling. Sales means turning that call into a scoped project and then an annual maintenance contract. GullySales builds both, from service pages to a renewal calendar for every client.

The work itself is rarely the problem. Quotes are copied from the distributor's price list with no explanation, and AMC renewals are remembered only when the client complains. Meanwhile the Fortinet or Sophos partner certificate sits framed in reception and never appears in a proposal.

How buyers decide

How IT services and networking companies are chosen.

A small office usually finds its IT vendor by asking the landlord or the interior contractor. Larger clients search for IT support in their city, read Google reviews, and ask for Cisco, Fortinet or Dell partner status. Schools, hospitals and government offices often buy through tenders or GeM.

The trigger is almost always an event. An office move needs structured cabling, Wi-Fi and a firewall, and a ransomware scare makes the owner suddenly care about backups. An ISO 27001 or client security audit, or CERT-In's rules on reporting cyber incidents, can reveal that the company keeps no logs at all.

An admin head chooses in small firms, and an IT manager with the finance head in larger ones. The order usually goes to the firm whose quote explains why each item is needed. Response times written into the AMC often settle it.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for IT services and networking companies.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • Clients call us only when something breaks

We fix a crashed server at midnight, get paid for the visit, and the client never signs the AMC we suggested.

  • Our quotes lose to distributors selling boxes

A client compares our firewall quote with an online price for the same model and does not see the configuration, installation and support we included.

  • AMC renewals slip past without anyone noticing

Contracts expire, nobody sends the renewal, and the client quietly moves to the vendor who called first.

  • We are OEM partners but nobody knows

We hold partner status with several brands, yet the website shows only logos and the certifications never come up in a sales conversation.

  • Office moves happen and we hear too late

A client shifts to a new building, the fit-out contractor brings in their own cabling vendor, and we lose the project and then the support contract.

  • Cybersecurity is hard to sell before an incident

Owners agree backups and firewalls matter, then postpone the spend until the day files get locked.

What we do

What we do for IT services and networking companies.

Everything included for IT services and networking companies, and the result each part is there to produce.

  1. Service pages written for the buyer's situation

Pages for office moves, AMC support, network security, backup and Workspace migrations, each written around the moment a client needs it.

Result: An admin head searching for help finds a page describing their problem.

  2. Local search and Google Business Profile

A complete profile listing your services, OEM partnerships and service areas, with reviews requested after every resolved project.

Result: Offices nearby searching for IT support find you with proof.

  3. A site survey and quote format

A survey checklist and a quote layout explaining each item, the configuration and support included, and why a cheaper box online is not the same thing.

Result: Clients compare your full solution, not the hardware price.

  4. AMC packages with clear tiers

Two or three written AMC levels with response times, visits, remote support hours and what is excluded.

Result: An emergency client has a simple contract to sign afterwards.

  5. Renewal calendar for contracts and licences

A record of every AMC, warranty and software licence with renewal dates and a reminder sequence starting well before expiry.

Result: Renewals are proposed on time, not discovered late.

  6. OEM partner marketing

Partner credentials shown on the right pages, co-marketing funds explored with each brand, and OEM leads followed up quickly.

Result: Partner status starts bringing enquiries instead of just a logo.

  7. Monthly report on enquiries and renewals

New enquiries by service, surveys done, projects won and AMC renewals kept, reported each month against the baseline.

Result: You can see whether recurring revenue is growing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by service and source
  • Site surveys against projects won
  • Emergency clients converted to AMC
  • AMC renewal rate
  • Recurring revenue from contracts and licences
  • OEM partner leads followed up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

Annual maintenance contracts for offices · Structured cabling and Wi-Fi for new offices · Firewall and endpoint security installations · Backup and disaster recovery setups · Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations · Server and storage upgrades · CCTV and access control integration with the network · Network audits before security or ISO audits

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what IT services and networking companies most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Office move and new branch campaign

An office move checklist, outreach to interior fit-out contractors and commercial property managers, and search ads for office networking.

Result: You are brought in before the cabling vendor is chosen.

  • Backup and ransomware readiness campaign

A plain-language backup check offer and content on what to do before an attack, sent to small offices, clinics and CA firms.

Result: Owners act on security before an incident forces them to.

  • Emergency client to AMC campaign

A follow-up sequence for every one-off call-out, with a summary of what was fixed and an AMC offer that includes it.

Result: Emergency visits turn into yearly contracts.

  • Licence renewal campaign

Reminders and a review call ahead of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and antivirus renewals, with an offer to check the licence count.

Result: Renewals stay with you and often grow.

  • School and hospital network campaign

Outreach to schools before the academic year and to hospitals planning expansions, with case examples and GeM listing details where relevant.

Result: Institutions plan projects with you instead of buying on price at the last minute.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of IT services and networking companies, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Interior fit-out contractors and architects

We prepare a partner note for the contractors who decide who does the cabling on office projects.

  • Commercial property and co-working managers

We prepare an introduction for building and co-working managers whose tenants need IT set up quickly.

  • Chartered accountants and auditors

We prepare a note for CAs whose clients face data security questions during audits.

  • OEM and distributor partner programmes

We prepare partner lead follow-up and co-marketing proposals for the brands and distributors you work with.

  • Industry associations and industrial estates

We build a list of offices and factories in nearby estates and prepare a network health check offer for association members.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with the free audit.

  1. Option 1

    The audit on its own

A 45-minute call and a written, scored report. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix the audit ranks first, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    A three-to-six-month programme

We run the work month by month, report against the baseline every month, and you renew on the numbers. No twelve-month lock.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions IT services and networking companies ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we convince small offices to sign an AMC?
Sell it the morning after you have fixed something. Send a short note on what failed and what a quarterly check would have caught. Attach the AMC tier that covers it, while the owner still remembers the lost day.
Can we market our OEM partner status?
Yes, within each brand's partner rules on logo use and claims. Show the partnership where it answers a buyer's question, such as on the firewall page, and ask the brand about co-marketing support.
How do we compete with online hardware prices?
Quote the solution, not the box. Separate hardware, configuration, installation and support in the quote so the client sees what the online price leaves out.
Do CERT-In rules help us sell security services?
They give companies a reason to check their logging and incident response, and many small firms do not know the rules exist. Explain them in general terms and link to the official directions. Scaring clients with penalties you cannot quote exactly loses trust.
Should we sell through GeM?
If schools, hospitals or public sector offices are a real part of your market, yes. GeM needs its own catalogue listing, pricing discipline and bid tracking, so treat it as a separate channel with its own owner.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
