Nutritionists and dietitians · Wellness

Fill your consultation calendar without promising anyone a number on the scale.

Most people contact a dietitian after a trigger. A blood report shows high sugar, a gynaecologist mentions PCOS, or a wedding is six months away. They scroll past Instagram accounts full of transformation photos and pick whoever sounds credible and replies first.

A 45-minute audit call, a written and scored report within a few working days, then a monthly report against your baseline.

In one paragraph

Marketing for a nutritionist or dietitian is being found and trusted by someone just told to change how they eat, without the weight-loss and cure claims that fill the category. Sales is turning a discovery call into an enrolled programme the client finishes. GullySales builds honest programme pages, a doctor referral line and check-ins that keep clients on the plan.

A qualified dietitian competes with influencers who promise results in weeks and apps that charge less. Matching their claims is the wrong answer, and often a breach of advertising rules. You win by showing your qualification plainly and being easy to book. Then the check-ins have to hold, so the client finishes the plan they paid for.

How buyers decide

How nutritionists and dietitians are chosen.

The search starts with a medical trigger or a life event, and the person often arrives through Instagram or YouTube, not Google. They watch a few reels and check whether the advice sounds sensible rather than extreme. They look for a registered dietitian credential or a clinical nutrition degree. Then they send a direct message asking about fees.

Doctors send the most serious clients. A patient referred by an endocrinologist or gynaecologist carries the doctor's trust, and books quickly if the referral note has a name and a number. Gyms, physiotherapists and corporate wellness programmes send other kinds of client, each with its own goal.

The decision closes on a discovery call. The person asks whether the plan works with a vegetarian or Jain kitchen, how often they will speak to you, and what happens when they travel. The person who cooks at home has to be on board too. A dietitian who brings them into the first consultation keeps the client longer.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for nutritionists and dietitians.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • People DM for the fee and vanish after we reply

We send a price in the chat with no context, and the person compares it with an app plan that looks cheaper and never replies.

  • Our Instagram gets likes from other nutritionists, not clients

Our posts explain nutrition science properly, but they read like a lecture and do not tell a newly diagnosed person what to do next.

  • Clients drop out in the third week

The first fortnight goes well, then the check-ins slip, the client stops logging meals, and the programme ends without a renewal.

  • Doctors used to refer patients and have stopped

A gynaecologist sent us PCOS patients for a year, then the referrals dried up, and nobody asked why.

  • Competitors promise kilos in weeks and we do not know how to respond

Influencer accounts show transformation photos and guarantees, and our honest approach looks slow next to them.

  • Corporate wellness talks bring applause and no enrolments

We give a good session at an office, collect no contacts, and hear nothing afterwards.

What we do

What we do for nutritionists and dietitians.

Everything included for nutritionists and dietitians, and the result each part is there to produce.

  1. Programme pages without outcome promises

A page for each programme, such as PCOS nutrition support or pregnancy nutrition, explaining who it is for, how it works, how often you meet and your qualification.

Result: A newly diagnosed person understands what they are signing up for.

  2. DM and enquiry reply templates

Replies for Instagram, WhatsApp and website enquiries that answer the fee question with context and invite a discovery call.

Result: Fewer people vanish after asking the price.

  3. Discovery call structure

A short call outline covering the person's trigger, food habits, family kitchen, schedule and what the programme will and will not do.

Result: More calls end in an enrolment, and the right people enrol.

  4. Doctor and trainer referral kit

A one-page referral note, a WhatsApp referral link and a feedback message template to update the referring doctor after the first consultation.

Result: Referrers see their patients are looked after, and keep referring.

  5. Content calendar for Instagram and YouTube

Short videos on real questions, such as a diabetic-friendly Indian breakfast or eating on a night shift, written for the person, not other nutritionists.

Result: Your posts bring in clients, not only peer applause.

  6. Client check-in and renewal routine

A schedule of check-ins through the programme, a nudge when meal logging stops, and a renewal conversation booked before the programme ends.

Result: More clients finish the plan and continue.

  7. Monthly practice report

Enquiries, discovery calls, enrolments, completions and referrals, compared with the starting figures we captured together.

Result: You see which source brings clients who stay.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by source, social, search or doctor referral
  • Enquiries that became discovery calls
  • Discovery calls that became enrolled programmes
  • Programme completion rate
  • Renewals and referrals from past clients
  • Active referring doctors and trainers

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

Diet plans for people managing diabetes · Nutrition support for PCOS and thyroid conditions · Pregnancy and lactation nutrition · Weight management programmes without crash diets · Child and adolescent nutrition · Sports and fitness nutrition · Pre-wedding nutrition plans · Corporate wellness nutrition sessions · Renal and cardiac diet planning on a doctor's referral

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what nutritionists and dietitians most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • New Year and post-festival reset

Content and a discovery call invitation timed to January and the weeks after Diwali, focused on sustainable habits rather than rapid loss.

Result: You reach people when they are ready to start, with an honest message.

  • PCOS awareness campaign

A page, short videos and a referral note for gynaecologists, timed around PCOS awareness month in September.

Result: Women looking for support find a qualified, careful practice.

  • Pregnancy and new mother nutrition

A programme page and outreach to maternity clinics and antenatal classes, covering pregnancy and lactation nutrition.

Result: Expecting mothers are referred at the start of the pregnancy.

  • Pre-wedding nutrition plans

A programme and Instagram content aimed at couples six months before the wedding season, promoting energy and routine rather than a target weight.

Result: Couples book early, with realistic expectations.

  • Corporate wellness to individual clients

A session format with a sign-up for a free group follow-up, so interested employees leave their contact before the talk ends.

Result: An office talk turns into individual enrolments.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of nutritionists and dietitians, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Endocrinologists, gynaecologists and physicians

We prepare a referral note and a follow-up routine for doctors whose patients need dietary support alongside treatment.

  • Gyms, fitness studios and yoga centres

We prepare a partnership proposal and a referral link for trainers whose members ask about diet.

  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics

We prepare a short note for clinics whose patients need weight or nutrition support during recovery.

  • HR teams running employee wellness

We prepare a session outline and a proposal for company wellness days, with a sign-up for individual follow-up.

  • Schools and parent groups

We prepare a talk on children's lunchboxes and eating habits for parent-teacher meetings, with a booking link for families.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for nutritionists and dietitians

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your enquiries come from, how many DMs become discovery calls, how many calls become programmes, and where clients drop out.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

A reply template that invites a discovery call instead of sending a bare fee, and a call structure that explains the programme and includes the person who cooks.

  3. 3

Show the qualification and the method

Programme pages and social content that state your credentials, explain how you work and avoid outcome promises.

  4. 4

    Build referral lines

A referral note and a feedback routine for doctors, gyms and physiotherapists, so each referral is acknowledged and the referrer hears how it went.

  5. 5

    Keep clients on the plan

Scheduled check-ins, a nudge when logging stops, and a renewal conversation timed to the end of each programme.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with the free audit.

  1. Option 1

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix the audit ranks first, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    A three-to-six-month programme

We run the work month by month, report against the baseline every month, and you renew on the numbers. No twelve-month lock.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions nutritionists and dietitians ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post client before-and-after photos?
We advise against it. Transformation photos imply a result every client should expect, and the Advertising Standards Council of India's guidelines on health and weight-loss claims apply to them. We share explained meal plans, habits and client stories told with consent, without numbers on a scale.
What can we say about diabetes, PCOS or thyroid?
You can say you plan diets for people managing these conditions, alongside their doctor's treatment. You cannot say food cures or reverses them, which the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and advertising rules treat seriously, and we keep every page to that line.
Should we put our programme fee on Instagram?
A starting fee on the website helps people qualify themselves. In a DM, a fee without context loses people, so we reply with what the programme includes and an offer of a short discovery call.
How do we get doctors to refer patients to us?
Make it easy and report back. Give the clinic a one-page note on the conditions you work with and a referral pad with your WhatsApp number. After the first consultation, send the doctor a two-line update, which is what keeps referrals coming.
Should we be on apps and marketplaces that list dietitians?
They can bring new clients, but you compete on price there. We usually build your own discovery call and referral flow first, and use marketplaces for the enquiries they genuinely add.
Can we run online programmes for clients in other cities or abroad?
Yes, many practices do. We set up booking, payment, onboarding forms and check-in schedules that work on video and WhatsApp, and adjust content for regional food habits.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
