Industrial wastewater treatment companies · Website

Your website is the page a consultant opens the night before recommending you.

A website for an industrial wastewater treatment company is the reference a consultant, plant head or procurement officer checks before a meeting. GullySales works on structure, proof pages and enquiry routes so a technical visitor finds what they need.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For industrial wastewater treatment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not discovering”

A consultant who has heard your name opens the site to verify the industries, technologies and plants you have run. If the answer is hard to find, they move on to the next firm on the list.

  • “Empty case pages signal inexperience”

A site with no cases suggests no work. Anonymised cases by process industry, written with the water problem and the operating arrangement, show experience without breaking client confidence.

  • “Technology language must match the visitor”

A page that mixes terms for reuse, discharge and treatment packages confuses a procurement reader. Each page should say plainly what it covers, and the technology pages should hold the detail an engineer wants.

  • “The enquiry route is too general”

A single contact form for everyone means a tender request and a student question land together. Separate routes for plant enquiries, consultant introductions and service contracts get each to the right person.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial wastewater treatment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A page plan covering industries, technologies, cases, operation services and contact routes.

Result: A page map agreed with your directors before anything is built.

  2. Industry pages

A page for each process industry, written to match how the plant describes its own effluent.

Result: Pages for each industry you have reference plants in.

  3. Anonymised case pages

Case pages built from your confidential work, approved by the client where required.

Result: A case page for each industry, with approval noted.

  4. Consultant page

A page written for design consultants with technologies, plants served and a named engineer to call.

Result: A page a consultant can read in one sitting.

  5. Enquiry routes

Separate forms or contact paths for plant enquiries, consultant introductions and operation contracts.

Result: Each route lands with a named person.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each page should answer what a consultant checks the night before recommending you.

Home: wastewater treatment and reuse for industry
State the sectors, the technologies and the services on the first screen. A consultant checking you should see fit at once.
Textile, pharma, steel and food process pages
One page per sector with typical streams, the stages used and anonymised plants. Matches how engineers search.
Zero liquid discharge and reuse
A page on how your firm approaches ZLD, pilots and reuse. Written in plain words, with no result promised.
Operation and maintenance services
A page on what you run after commissioning, so a plant without operators sees a route to hand over.
Contact an engineer
A form that asks for sector, effluent type and the stage the plant has reached. Sends the enquiry to the right person.

Who it is for

This is written for these industrial wastewater treatment companies.

  • Zero liquid discharge plant builders
  • Reuse and recycling system integrators for process industry
  • Membrane bioreactor and advanced treatment specialists
  • Operation and maintenance firms for large industrial plants
  • Common effluent treatment plant operators
  • Treatment firms serving power, steel and refinery units
  • Specialists in high-strength chemical and pharma wastewater
  • Industrial park water and wastewater service providers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no case you may describe, and a site of empty case pages would signal inexperience.
  • Your technology offer is not settled, so pages would describe what you may drop.
  • No one is named to answer the enquiry form, so a better site would gather requests that wait.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you improve ours?
Review it first. If the structure holds, GullySales adds the missing industry and case pages. If it does not, the page plan shows what to rebuild.
Can the site show certifications?
Show only certifications your firm holds and can document. State their scope as written on the certificate and do not describe a client's compliance position.
May the site show certifications and quality marks?
Show only the ones your firm holds, with the name of the issuing body and the scope, kept current. An expired or wrongly worded mark misleads a consultant who checks. State no compliance outcome for a client plant, since that belongs to the plant and its regulator.
How many case pages do we need at the start?
Two or three honest anonymised cases are enough if each says the sector, the problem, the stages chosen and the lesson. A page with nothing true to say is worse than none. Add cases as clients allow, and never invent one to fill the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
