Packaged drinking water suppliers · Search engine optimisation

Be the supplier a buyer finds when they search for water delivery in their locality.

SEO for a packaged water supplier is the work of making your site and listings answer the searches that office managers, caterers and households type for jar delivery in their own area. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the technical set-up behind those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For packaged drinking water suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by place and by size”

A facility manager types 20 litre water can delivery with a locality name, not a brand slogan. A site that talks only about purity never matches that phrase, while a page naming the locality and the jar size does.

  • “A supplier site is judged against the brand's own site”

The bottling brand has a page too, and it ranks for the label. The supplier wins the delivery search by being specific about service area, slot and ordering, which the brand page cannot say.

  • “Event searches arrive in bursts”

Wedding and summer demand brings searches for bulk water for events and functions. A page prepared for those phrases before the season is found, and one written after the rush has passed is not.

  • “Thin pages repeat each other”

Copying one page across every locality with only the name changed gives search engines nothing new to read. Each page needs its own streets, societies and landmarks to deserve its place.

What we do

What we deliver for packaged drinking water suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword map by locality and buyer type

Searches grouped for homes, offices, shops, hostels and events, each matched to one page.

Result: One page per search, with no pages competing.

  2. Locality pages with real local detail

Each page names the streets, societies and offices covered, the brands carried and the way to order.

Result: A page that reads as written for that locality.

  3. Page titles and descriptions rewritten

Titles that carry the service, the sizes and the place in the words a searcher uses.

Result: Search results show what you deliver and where.

  4. A technical check of the site

Speed on a phone, mobile layout, broken links and indexing reviewed and fixed.

Result: The site loads and reads properly on a basic handset.

  5. A search-position record

The searches that matter written down with where the site stands at the start, then re-read as the work continues.

Result: You can compare any later reading with the first one.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Locality and size searches a water supplier's pages should answer.

water jar delivery in Kothrud
A locality page with the roads covered, the jar sizes, the delivery days and a call button. Use real local detail so it differs from the next locality's page.
water supplier for office pantry
A page for facility managers with slot options, invoice details and a named contact, because they judge a supplier on paperwork and punctuality.
bisleri or kinley agency near me
A buyer searching by brand wants the depot. State the brands you carry only if you hold the supply, and say who to call for a dealer enquiry.
water bottles for wedding bulk order
An event page covering carton sizes, order lead time and delivery to the venue. These searches arrive in bursts around season dates.
drinking water supply for construction site
A site-supply page covering large-jar or tanker-style supply, the unloading arrangement and the account terms, for a contractor's purchase manager.

Who it is for

This is written for these packaged drinking water suppliers.

  • Agencies and depots holding a bottling brand's territory
  • 20-litre jar suppliers to offices and homes
  • Wholesale suppliers of sealed bottle cartons to shops
  • Event, wedding and catering water suppliers
  • Suppliers to hostels, PGs and coaching centres
  • Suppliers to construction sites and labour camps
  • Multi-brand suppliers carrying more than one label
  • Door-to-door home delivery operators

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You deliver to so few localities that one page would cover all of them, and a page per locality would only repeat itself.
  • You cannot keep the phone number answered through the day, so the visitor would call and find no one.
  • You have not decided which brands you will name, and a page that overstates your link to a brand can cause trouble.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website to be found?
A listing alone can bring calls, but a site gives search engines pages to match against specific searches. Even a small site with locality pages and an order button gives you more to be found for.
Can you get us to the first position?
No one can promise a ranking. We work on the pages, the listing and the signals within our control, and we show you where the site stands for the searches that matter.
Should we write about water quality?
Quality and licence details come from the plant you buy from, so we show them only as the plant supplies them. We do not add claims about purity or health.
Can a supplier's site rank above the bottling brand's own site?
For a locality search it can. The brand's page speaks about the product everywhere, while your page names the roads, the delivery days and the phone number for one place. Write that local detail on the page and keep the brand's name accurate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
