Retail franchise brands · Website

Give shoppers a locator and candidates a page that answers the real questions.

A website for a retail franchise brand serves shoppers who need the nearest store and candidates who need the terms of opening one. GullySales designs the structure, the locator and the franchise page around those two jobs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For retail franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The locator is hidden or broken”

A shopper types a town and gets a map with no stores, or a list of closed ones. A working locator with address, timings and a click to call is the most useful page the site holds.

  • “The franchise page reads like an advertisement”

A candidate wants shop size, stock, support and steps. A page of praise with no requirements makes the candidate call, and the call repeats what a page could have told them.

  • “The site is built for a laptop”

Shoppers and candidates alike view it on a phone, standing in a market. Buttons that are small, forms that are long and maps that load slowly drive them away.

  • “New stores are added by hand, late”

Opening a store means updating the locator, the profile and the franchise map. When this waits for a developer, shoppers find a store before the site does.

What we do

What we deliver for retail franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site map for two audiences

A structure with a clear path for shoppers and another for candidates.

Result: A map of pages showing both paths.

  2. Store locator build

A searchable list by town with address, timings, map and phone.

Result: A locator a shopper can use on a phone.

  3. Franchise page and form

A page that states shop requirements and a short form that asks the qualifying questions.

Result: A form that records frontage, area and capital.

  4. Store page template

A page for each store, filled from one data sheet.

Result: A new store page created from a single entry.

  5. Update routine

A step list for adding, moving or closing a store on the site.

Result: A checklist owned by a named person.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The pages a shopper and a trader each look for on a brand's site.

brand store locator
A page listing open stores with address, hours and phone, confirmed by each franchisee. A shopper uses it from the street.
franchise enquiry for retail store
A form asking town, shop size, current trade and the stock the shop can hold. It gives the field manager something to act on.
what the franchise store looks like
A page with photographs of real stores and fixtures. A trader judges the format by what is built.
franchise support and training
A page on training and stock guidance, in words that match the agreement.
new stores opening soon
A page for towns where stores are opening, so shoppers and traders see growth.
brand returns and exchange
A policy page that every store applies the same way, so shoppers know what to expect anywhere.

Who it is for

This is written for these retail franchise brands.

  • Apparel and fashion brands selling stores in towns and cities
  • Footwear and accessories franchise brands
  • Mobile, electronics and appliance franchise stores
  • Kids' products and toy store franchises
  • Gifts, stationery and lifestyle store chains
  • Optical and eyewear franchise stores
  • Home furnishing and decor franchise stores
  • Brands selling shop-in-shop and kiosk formats

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Store details are held in several places and the locator would carry wrong data.
  • The franchise offer is not final, and the pages would need rewriting once it changes.
  • You want one page to serve a trader and a shopper, which confuses both.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for franchise recruitment?
One site with a clear franchise section works better than two, as long as the paths stay separate. A second site only makes sense for a different brand.
Can franchisees edit their store page?
Let them edit a few fields, such as timings and offers, through a form you review. Brand and address changes should go through head office.
How do we know the locator is accurate?
Check it against the Google profiles and the franchisee list each time a store opens, moves or closes.
Can franchisees edit their store page?
Let them edit hours, photographs and a short welcome through a form that head office approves. Free editing leads to different prices and wording, which the shopper reads as the brand's promise, so keep one approver.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
