Sewage treatment plant companies · CRM

One shared record holds every plant, quote and renewal date for the whole crew.

A CRM for a sewage treatment plant company is a single record of every site, contact, quote, visit and operating contract. GullySales works on setting it up around plants and renewals, so no contract end date lives only in a supervisor's memory.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For sewage treatment plant companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A plant is a record, not a contact”

The same plant has a builder who built it, a committee that changes each year and an operator contract with an end date. A contact list holds names, and the plant record holds the history that survives a committee change.

  • “Quotes sit in three places”

One request arrives on a call, another on WhatsApp and a third by mail. With no single list, a promised Sunday visit lives in one person's phone, and the committee waits for a call that is never made.

  • “Renewals depend on memory”

An operating contract ends on a date nobody has written beside the plant. The committee changes, a rival turns up, and the first sign is a letter saying the contract will not continue.

  • “Reports and photographs are scattered”

The plant-health report for last quarter is on a supervisor's phone. When a new committee asks for the history, the firm cannot show it, and the continuity that justifies the fee goes unseen.

What we do

What we deliver for sewage treatment plant companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plant record for every site

Site, type, builder, committee contact, contract dates and the history of visits and reports.

Result: One page per plant that anyone in the office can open.

  2. A pipeline for builds and for contracts

Separate stages for new-project quotes and for operating contracts, with the next action shown on each.

Result: You see which quotes are waiting for a call.

  3. A renewal register with owners

Every operating contract with its end date and the person who will call the committee before it lapses.

Result: The next contracts to end are on one list.

  4. A visit and report log

Each visit entered with the report attached, so the next supervisor sees what the last one found.

Result: A new committee can be shown the full history.

  5. A simple import from existing records

Your sheets, contacts and old quotes brought into one record, with duplicates marked.

Result: The first day's records are complete enough to use.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields worth keeping

The fields that attach a plant to its quote, contract and renewal.

Plant name, site and capacity
Filled at survey. Lets the crew see what each plant is before a visit.
Contract type and end date
Filled by sales. Makes the renewal register a list instead of a memory.
Last visit and findings
Filled by the supervisor from the log. Shows which plants need a call before the contract ends.
Committee contact and term
Filled at signing. Committees change, so note who signed and when elections occur.
Photograph and report links
A link to the folder, not the files. Gives the sales team proof ready for a committee.

Who it is for

This is written for these sewage treatment plant companies.

  • Packaged STP builders for apartments and layouts
  • STP design and construction firms for townships and campuses
  • Operators of plants under O&M contracts for resident associations
  • Hotel, resort and hospital sewage treatment specialists
  • Containerised and decentralised wastewater plant makers
  • STP refurbishment and upgrade contractors
  • Treated-water reuse specialists for gardening and flushing
  • Consultants who design plants and supervise construction

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your supervisors will not enter visit notes, so the plant records would be empty.
  • You have only a few plants, where a register on a sheet does the job.
  • You expect the system to hold contract documents, when a document folder with controlled access suits them.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We sit with the people who sell and write down how a deal moves from enquiry to payment, including where it stalls.

  2. 2

    Agree stages, fields and owners

Each stage gets a name your team already uses and a proof that the deal has left it. We agree which fields are required at which stage, and who may change what.

  3. 3

    Build on a copy

Pipeline, fields and views are built on a trial copy where the CRM offers one, or in a separate pipeline where the plan allows. Live work stays untouched.

  4. 4

Connect channels, then switch on automations

Channels are connected first. Each automation is then switched on separately, so a misfiring rule is easy to find.

  5. 5

    Test with real deals

The people who will use the CRM run open deals through it. Gaps are fixed before the whole team switches over.

  6. 6

    Switch over and trim

Once real use shows which fields stay empty and which stages nobody uses, those are cut and the handover record is updated.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which CRM should we buy?
The one your office will update. We compare a few ordinary options against your team size and settle the record first, because the structure matters more than the software.
Will our supervisors use it?
Only if entering a visit takes less time than sending a message. We keep the fields few and set it up for a phone, so the log is filled on site.
Can it hold the contract documents?
It can link them. Keep the signed contract in a safe folder and put the end date and the link in the plant record.
Why record committee changes?
Because the person who signed an O&M contract may leave at the next election. A new treasurer reads the contract fresh, so note the change and call the new committee before a renewal, not after it lapses.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
