Stage decoration companies · Website

Give the coordinator a page that shows the stage, the size and the hall.

A website for a stage decoration company is a small set of pages showing built stages by event type, with sizes, halls and a clear way to enquire. GullySales works on the page structure, the photo order and the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For stage decoration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A gallery is not a website”

Fifty mixed photos make the visitor guess. A page per event type with captions saying hall, size and date lets the visitor find the work that matches their own.

  • “The phone is the main screen”

Committee members look on a phone, in a forwarded link. Large images, short text and a tap-to-call button matter more than a clever design.

  • “The enquiry form should ask what a quote needs”

Hall, date, event type, stage size and the decision maker. A form that asks only name and number produces calls that need the same questions asked again.

  • “Proof sits near the call button”

A client's logo with permission, a hall name or a short note on a built stage, placed beside the enquiry link, answers the doubt at the moment of decision.

What we do

What we deliver for stage decoration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map

A plan of pages by event type, one for halls served and one for how to enquire.

Result: Every buyer type has a page of its own.

  2. Photo order and captions

Your best built-stage photos placed in order with captions.

Result: Each image says what it shows.

  3. Enquiry form

A form with hall, date, size and event type, linked to your record.

Result: Each enquiry arrives ready for a visit.

  4. Mobile check

A review of every page on a phone screen, with fixes listed.

Result: Pages read cleanly on a small screen.

  5. Upkeep list

A list of what to update after each major build.

Result: New stages get added to the right page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The pages a coordinator opens on a phone, and what each must show.

annual day stages page
Finished stages with the hall type, size and theme in each caption. A convenor looks for a stage like theirs and a figure they can quote to the principal.
wedding and reception stages page
Reception stages grouped by style, with the lighting and flower partners named. The planner sees what the builder controls.
how a stage is built from visit to strike
A step page: hall visit, drawing, approval, build and strike. It tells the committee what happens and when they decide.
request a quote form
A form asking for the date, hall, stage size and theme, with a phone number option. It brings an enquiry a quote can be written from.
backdrop and LED options
Printed, painted and screen options with the lead time for artwork stated as a step, and photographs of each in use.
contact and service area
A click-to-call button, the towns served and the hours the phone is answered, repeated at the foot of every page.

Who it is for

This is written for these stage decoration companies.

  • Corporate conference and product launch stage builders
  • Wedding reception and sangeet stage fabricators
  • Truss, platform and ramp contractors for auditoriums
  • Backdrop and printed flex stage makers
  • School and college annual day stage decorators
  • Religious, cultural and community programme stage builders
  • Fashion show and ramp walk builders
  • Stage and set designers for award nights and television recordings

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no usable photographs of your own builds, and a site of stock images would mislead and not convert.
  • No one will answer the quote form, so a coordinator who submits would be lost.
  • You expect a website to replace the school office relationship, which still opens the door.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages do we need?
One per major event type, plus a page for halls and one for enquiries. More can follow.
Can we use only a social page?
Social pages help, but a website holds the structure and the form. Planners and institutions look for one.
Who owns the website?
You do. We write that into the plan, with the access details held by you.
Should the site show the price of a stage?
Show a starting point per size only if you can hold it, because hall conditions change the cost. Otherwise explain what moves the price, such as height, material and access, and invite the quote request.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
