Window, door and glass companies · Branding

Two quotes look identical, so be the company the buyer trusts.

Branding for a window, door or glass company is what a buyer leans on when the two quotes read the same. The surveyor who explained the glass, the sample corner in the bag, the document that looked like a company wrote it. GullySales settles that presentation and puts it on the quote, the van and the handover.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For window, door and glass companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “You sell something nobody can inspect”

Profile thickness, reinforcement and hardware are hidden inside the frame. Everything the buyer can judge is the surveyor, the document and the site you showed them.

  • “The system brand is borrowed credibility”

Naming the profile or glass you fabricate helps, and it is not yours. Yours is the fixing, the finish and who turns up in the monsoon.

  • “An architect wants a corner section, not a brochure”

A sample in the hand, with the gasket and the reinforcement visible, does what no printed sheet will do.

What we do

What we deliver for window, door and glass companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quote document that shows what is inside the frame

Profile thickness, reinforcement, glass type, hardware brand, mesh and warranty set out as lines, so the buyer can see what a cheaper quote left out.

Result: Your price stops being the only difference visible.

  2. A sample kit for site visits and architect calls

A corner section, glass samples, a hardware piece and the section drawings, carried by the surveyor and left with practices you visit.

Result: The conversation happens with the product in hand.

  3. Van, crew and site presentation settled once

Lettered vehicle, shirts, identity cards and a rule for how a site is left at the end of each day.

Result: The neighbours watching the installation see a company.

  4. The system relationship stated correctly

What your fabricator or dealer agreement allows you to claim about the systems you use, confirmed with the supplier before it goes on a board or a quote.

Result: Nothing on your signage has to come down later.

  5. A handover pack for the customer

Warranty terms, care instructions, whom to call, and what happens if something leaks in the first monsoon, handed over on the day.

Result: The customer keeps your number instead of searching for one.

  6. One description of the company used everywhere

The same few lines on what you fabricate, how long you have worked and which projects you have delivered, used on the site, the listing and every proposal.

Result: Buyers hear one story wherever they check.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Positioning in one sentence

We make and fit this kind of window or glass work for this kind of project, and here is the sample they can hold.

Who it is for: homeowner, architect or builder
A homeowner wants quiet and no leaks. An architect wants a section drawing and a corner sample. A builder wants a rate per unit and delivery in stages. Pick the one who sends you most work.
What you do: the systems and the work
Name the systems and the work, such as uPVC casement and sliding windows, aluminium sliding doors, toughened glass partitions. Say what you fabricate and what you outsource, and whether you survey and install.
What the buyer gets that the second quote does not
Show the specification: profile make and thickness, glass type, hardware brand, sealing, and the installation method. When two quotes look the same the buyer picks on a detail you can show, so show it.
The proof you can show
A corner section the buyer can hold, finished projects with owners' permission, the profile or glass maker's authorisation where you hold it, and photographs of the installation detail around the frame.
Words every fabricator's brochure uses
'Premium quality', 'German technology' and 'leak-proof' appear in every brochure. Replace them with the profile system, glass thickness, hardware make and what the warranty covers and excludes.

Who it is for

This is written for these window, door and glass companies.

  • uPVC window and door fabricators
  • Aluminium window and sliding system fabricators
  • Glass processors offering toughened, laminated and double glazed units
  • Glass partition, shower enclosure and railing companies
  • Façade and structural glazing contractors
  • Wooden and engineered door manufacturers
  • Security, steel and fire-rated door suppliers
  • Mosquito mesh, grille and window accessory companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the branding work runs

  1. 1

    Interview customers and team

We talk to real buyers, won and lost, and to people inside the business who deal with customers daily.

  2. 2

    Review the competitive field

We look at how the nearest competitors present themselves so the position is not accidentally identical.

  3. 3

    Draft the position

A first version of the positioning statement and messaging pillars is written and checked against what customers actually said.

  4. 4

    Test it against real conversations

The draft is tried out in a real sales call or two before it is finalised, since a position that does not survive a real conversation needs rework.

  5. 5

    Hand over the rollout brief

The final position, pillars and not-for list are documented for your team and any agency to apply consistently.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the board carry the profile brand or our own name?
Your name first, with the systems you fabricate underneath. The buyer is choosing an installer, and the brand does not come back when a roller sticks. What your agreement allows on signage is worth confirming with the supplier.
Do we need a showroom to look credible?
Not always. A sample corner in the surveyor's bag and photographs of three finished homes do most of the work. A showroom earns its rent on premium aluminium, where the buyer wants to slide the window before paying for it.
Should we brand ourselves as a fabricator or as a window company?
Use the word your buyer searches. Homeowners search 'windows' and architects search 'fabricator' or 'glazing'. Use a plain name, then a descriptor for each audience on the profile. The sample, the quote and the board should name the same company.
Do we put the profile maker's brand on our quotation?
You can show the maker as the system you fabricate, if you are authorised to. Do not imply you are the maker. A buyer who asks for a warranty needs to know whether you or the maker is responsible. Say who covers what in the quote.
How do we explain why our uPVC window costs more than a cheaper quote?
Put the difference on paper. A comparison sheet showing profile thickness, reinforcement, glass type and hardware brand next to each quote lets the homeowner see what the other quote left out.
Should we charge for a site measurement visit?
Many fabricators keep it free and adjust the charge against the order, since a paid visit reduces enquiries. What matters more is that every visit is followed up, which is where most orders are lost.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
