Salesforce and CRM implementation partners · Lead generation

Reach the sales head who already pays for a CRM and cannot see it used.

Lead generation for a CRM partner means finding companies that own a licence, plan a purchase or have lost faith in a system, and reaching the sales or business head before a rival does. GullySales builds the lists, the vendor routes and the source record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For salesforce and CRM implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The best leads already hold a licence”

A company paying for Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot with few active users has budget, a sponsor and a grievance. The partner that offers a usage and process review finds a buyer with an open problem.

  • “Vendor account executives hold the warm introductions”

Account executives are measured on licences sold and need a partner who will make the customer successful. They pass leads to the partner they trust to deliver, so briefing them is a lead channel.

  • “Sales heads read peers more than partners”

A vice president of sales rates a recommendation from another sales head above any cold email. Communities and forums for sales leaders are where those recommendations are made.

  • “Enquiries arrive with a platform already chosen”

The buyer asks for a quote on a named product before anyone has asked about the sales process. The partner who responds with questions about stages, reps and reports shapes the scope.

What we do

What we deliver for salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An ideal customer profile by industry

A written profile of company size, sales team size, current tools and the roles involved, for the industries where the firm has delivered.

Result: The team pursues companies like the ones it has already served.

  2. A list of licence-holding companies with low usage signals

Companies showing job posts for CRM admins, complaints on review sites or recent leadership changes, recorded with the source.

Result: Outreach begins from a reason the buyer recognises.

  3. A vendor briefing plan

A short brief, a case summary and a meeting plan for account executives and partner managers in the firm's cities.

Result: Warm leads come from people who know the firm's work.

  4. A qualification script for platform-first enquiries

Questions on the sales stages, team size, integrations and who owns data, asked before any quote.

    Result: Quotes follow understanding.

  5. A source record on every opportunity

Each enquiry tagged with vendor, forum, referral, LinkedIn or search, and the stage it reached.

Result: You can see which route produces signed statements of work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Log the licence, the platform and the vendor contact on every opportunity.

Platform already licensed
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Dynamics. The sales rep fills it on the first call, and it decides whether you quote a rescue or a fresh build.
Who in the company raised it
The sales head, the business head or IT. Shows which role starts the enquiries that turn into signed statements of work.
Vendor account executive who introduced
Name the person and the vendor. Lets you thank them and see which vendor contacts send work worth quoting.
What failed last time
The buyer's own words on why the earlier setup went unused. Feeds the first workshop and the proof you show.
Number of users the buyer expects
Asked as a count of reps and managers, not a price. Helps you size the first call without quoting from the phone.

Who it is for

This is written for these salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

  • Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud partners
  • HubSpot and Zoho CRM implementation partners
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM partners
  • CRM for insurance, broking and financial distribution
  • CRM for real estate and construction developers
  • CRM for education, edtech and admissions
  • CRM for manufacturing and B2B sales teams
  • Marketing automation and CPQ specialists
  • Salesforce consulting for managed services and support

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no named person to run the first call with a buyer who arrives with a platform already chosen, and the enquiry would cool.
  • You cannot describe a single adoption fix without a client name, so every lead would ask for a reference you cannot give.
  • You expect the vendor to send leads without any briefing from you, which leaves the introductions random.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we offer a CRM health check?
Offer a review of process, data and usage as a paid or scoped first step. It identifies serious buyers and gives the proposal a base.
How do we handle a buyer who asks for a price at once?
Ask three questions on stages, users and integrations, then give a range tied to scope. A flat number on a one-line request becomes the ceiling.
Do forums for sales leaders really produce leads?
They produce introductions when the firm contributes something useful, such as a talk on adoption, and records each conversation afterwards.
Should we chase companies that bought licences but never used them?
Yes, with care. They already accepted the cost, which shortens the argument. Approach through the vendor contact or a peer, not a cold mail that says their CRM failed, because the sales head who chose the tool may feel blamed.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
