Yoga and pilates studios · Apartment advertising

Inside the society, your competition is the batch in the clubhouse downstairs.

Apartment advertising for a studio is the lift panel, the notice board and a demonstration class in the clubhouse of buildings inside walking distance. GullySales gets the association's approval in writing, puts the batch timings and a booking link on the board, and counts trials building by building.

A yoga hall floor: a rack of rolled mats with one slot empty, a mirrored wall, rope anchors, a low open locker of blocks and straps, and one mat unrolled on the taped wooden floor with a block at its head

What apartment advertising means

Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

For yoga and pilates studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The clubhouse already has a teacher on Tuesday mornings

Large societies run their own batch in the hall downstairs, so your board is read by residents with a cheaper option two floors below. It has to name what they do not get there, such as reformer equipment, a prenatal batch or a teacher who tracks an old back complaint.

  • The timings are the advertisement

A resident decides by whether the 6.30 batch clashes with the school drop. Put the batch times, the walking distance and a link that books a trial at that moment on the board, because she is standing at the lift at ten at night.

  • Be careful what a class is promised to fix

Residents with knee and back complaints are the readiest readers in the building, and a board offering to cure them is a claim your teacher has to answer for. Say what the class is, who it is not for, and ask people to bring their doctor's advice.

  • A trial nobody attends is not an enquiry

The panel counts nothing at all. A booking link per society, attendance marked against it, and a message to everyone who booked and did not arrive, is what separates forty scans from four members.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga and pilates studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Societies chosen by the walk, not the drive

The buildings within the distance a member will walk at six in the morning, read off the addresses of your current members rather than a vendor's list.

Result: Boards go up where people can reach the mat before class starts.

  2. Association approval before any printing

The committee agreeing the panel, the position, the month and any charge of its own, with the clubhouse date settled at the same time if there is to be one.

Result: The print order matches the buildings that actually cleared it.

  3. A board built around the schedule

Batch times, the class types a beginner can tell apart, the walking distance and a booking link, sized to that building's lift panel or notice board.

Result: A resident can see whether your morning batch fits her day.

  4. A demonstration class in the clubhouse

A session run with the committee's written consent at an hour residents are free, with names and numbers taken at the mat and consent for the follow-up.

Result: You leave with a list, not a good afternoon.

  5. Claims read before they go on a wall

Copy about back pain, weight or recovery checked with your senior teacher, and worded as what the class does rather than what it cures.

Result: Nothing on the board is a promise a teacher cannot keep.

  6. A booking link for each building

One trial link and one WhatsApp line per society, with attendance marked against the booking and a message to those who did not turn up.

Result: You renew the buildings that sent members and drop the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Communities covered
  • Permissions in writing
  • Enquiries quoting the community code

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for yoga and pilates studios

  1. 1

Audit the trial and retention journey

We check how a new student books a trial class today, how fast that booking is confirmed, and whether dropping attendance is ever noticed.

  2. 2

    Build class-type pages for beginners

A page for each major class type, explaining who it suits and what to expect, replacing a schedule with no context.

  3. 3

    Enable instant trial booking

An online booking system that confirms a trial class immediately, at any hour, rather than requiring a call during studio hours.

  4. 4

Bring in the right new students

Local search, social content and seasonal campaigns timed to when people actually decide to start, such as January.

  5. 5

Catch drop-off before it becomes a cancellation

An attendance-based alert that flags a member whose visits have slowed, prompting a personal check-in before they quietly leave.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we run a free demonstration class inside the society?
It is the strongest thing this medium offers, provided the committee agrees the hall and the date in writing. Hold it at an hour residents are free, take names at the mat, and follow up within two days. A demonstration with no list afterwards is an afternoon given away.
How many societies should one studio take on?
The buildings inside walking distance, which is four or five for most studios, one month each. Nobody drives to a yoga class the way they drive to a gym. Keep the buildings whose trial links produced members who came back, and let the others go.
Do you help with actual class content or instruction?
No, that stays entirely with your instructors. We handle how new students find and book classes, and how the studio stays in touch with members.
Can this work for a single, independent studio?
Yes. The trial booking page and the attendance alert are set up once. After that, the person at the front desk spends a few minutes a day on the check-in messages, usually between the morning and evening batches.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
