Project Management Intern

You will coordinate the content writers, graphic designers and the rest of our Nagarbhavi team so posts and pages actually go live on time. A blog post is not done when it is written; it is done when it is published, formatted and correct.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with writers so blog posts, web pages and social copy arrive on schedule
  • Brief designers on visuals for social, blogs and the website, and check the result matches the brand
  • Track deadlines against the project timeline and flag anything slipping
  • Get finished pieces published: formatted, proofed and live, not just written
  • Sit between the marketing, content and design teams so all three are working to the same brief
  • Give published work a last check for accuracy and voice before anyone else sees it

What we are looking for

  • Studying for a degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related subject
  • Strong organisational skills and able to run several tasks at once
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Basic knowledge of a project tool such as Trello or Asana
  • Genuinely interested in content and design, not just in chasing people who make them
