Project Manager Trainee

You will learn to run timelines, people and communication on live client work, not a simulation. Within a few months you should be able to run a small project's weekly update call yourself.

What you will do

  • Help build project plans, schedules and task breakdowns for client engagements
  • Track progress across design, development and content, and spot where work is stuck
  • Prepare project reports and keep documentation current, for clients and for the team
  • Learn to run a client update call: what to report, and what to leave out
  • Use a project tool such as Trello, Asana or Jira to keep activity visible
  • Change priority when a client does, without dropping what was already promised

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or a related subject
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of a project management tool such as Trello, Jira or MS Project
  • Able to hold several things at once and change priority when the client does
  • Ready to run a client's weekly update call within your first few months

A short call if it fits

We call to talk about the role and the work you described.

    A conversation about real work

For most roles, a small practical exercise or a walk through work you have done.

  5. 5

    A decision either way

You hear back from us, whether or not we take it further.
