Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate QA Trainee to join our team and undergo comprehensive training in software testing. This role is ideal for graduates who are looking to start a career in Quality Assurance with structured mentorship and project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to write, execute, and manage test cases
- Understand the software development lifecycle and QA role
- Identify bugs, log issues, and follow up with dev teams
- Support regression, functional, and UI testing cycles
- Participate in daily QA stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Contribute to documentation and QA process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of manual testing and software QA lifecycle
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
