Auto glass, window film and tinting studios · Website

Build a site that confirms the fit, the claim and the slot on one screen.

A website for a glass and tinting studio is the place an owner checks that the studio fits their car, handles their claim and can see them soon. GullySales works on the pages, the booking route and the proof that turn a visit into a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For auto glass, window film and tinting studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, beside a damaged car”

The reader is standing near the car with a thumb and a worry. A site that loads plainly, shows a call button and a message button at the top, and asks for the model, wins the booking.

  • “The proof is the bay and the work”

Owners look for the studio's own photographs, the glass brands it fits, its address and its hours. A site full of stock images looks like every other studio.

  • “Insurance and warranty need their own pages”

These are the biggest worries. A page for each, in plain words, removes the doubt that would otherwise end in a call to a rival.

  • “Film needs a page that explains the rules in general terms”

Shade rules differ by state and change. A page that says so, names the film maker's warranty and advises a check with the right authority earns more trust than a bold claim.

What we do

What we deliver for auto glass, window film and tinting studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built for the urgent job

A top section with call, message and location, then the jobs: glass, film and coating.

Result: The urgent owner acts without scrolling.

  2. A model-fitment form

A short form for model, year and photograph, which opens a chat or a call back.

Result: The studio gets the details it needs to quote.

  3. Pages for glass, film, coating and fleet

One page for each job type, with photographs, process and a booking route.

Result: Each job has a page that sells it.

  4. Insurance, warranty and care pages

Plain explainers for the claim process, the warranty terms and the care after fitting.

Result: Doubts are answered before the call.

  5. A gallery of real work with consent

Photographs of finished jobs with registration numbers covered.

Result: The studio's quality is visible.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Read the old one first. If the structure is sound and only the pages are thin, we repair it. If it cannot show the model, the claim and the slot, a rebuild is cheaper in the end.
Should the site take online payment?
Only if you want it. If owners pay at collection, a booking request is enough. Add payment later if bookings need a deposit, and check the payment provider's current rules.
How does the site connect to WhatsApp?
Through a button and a link that open a chat with the model already filled in. The reply then comes from the saved responses on your business number, and the booking is logged in your record.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
