Bus rental companies · Website

Build a website that answers the organiser's questions before they ring.

A website for a bus rental company is a set of pages that show your buses, explain what a quote includes and make asking for one easy. GullySales works on the structure, the fleet pages and the contact points so the site produces enquiries you can price.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For bus rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

A coordinator with your number opens the site to confirm you exist and run the bus they need. The homepage should show vehicles, seat counts and a phone number without scrolling.

  • “Fleet pages carry the sale”

Each bus type deserves a page with seat layout, amenities, photographs and the trips it suits. Generic descriptions force the visitor to ring for basics your page could have given.

  • “The quote form should match the question”

Date, route, head-count, pick-up point and decision date are what you need to price. A form asking for those, with a WhatsApp button beside it, gets more complete enquiries.

  • “A papers section reassures institutions”

College offices and company admins look for permits, insurance and registration. A section listing which papers you hold, with copies shared on request, removes a step from their approval.

What we do

What we deliver for bus rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for fleet, routes and occasions

A page plan with homepage, bus types, trip routes and occasion pages.

Result: Each type of visitor has a page that fits.

  2. Fleet pages with original photographs

Seat layouts, amenities and registration details for each vehicle type.

Result: A visitor can verify the bus before calling.

  3. A quote request form

Short fields for date, route, head-count, pick-up and decision date.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to be priced.

  4. Click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons

Buttons placed on every page and fixed on phone screens.

Result: A visitor can reach you in one touch.

  5. A papers and trust section

Permits, insurance, registration and driver details listed, with a request link.

Result: Admins find what they need without a phone call.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a website needed if the bookings come on WhatsApp?
A website is where a cautious organiser checks you before sending money. It also lets search and ads work for you, which a chat number alone cannot do.
Can we update the rates ourselves?
Yes. We keep the quote logic in a form you can edit, and the fleet pages free of fixed rates, so a seasonal change does not need a rebuild.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
