Car wash centres · Website

Give the driver a page that states the price, the plan and the road to the bay.

A website for a car wash centre is a small set of pages that tell a driver what washes are offered, what they cost, how a plan works and how to reach the bay. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the paths from a search or a message to a booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For car wash centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor wants the price first”

A driver on a phone is comparing two or three centres. A page that opens with a story and hides the price is closed before the cost appears. Show the plain wash price and the add-ons first.

  • “The route to the bay must be one tap”

Visits come on a phone, from a driver already on the road. The address, the map link, the opening hours and a call button sit at the top, not on a separate contact page.

  • “Plans need a page that explains the limits”

A membership plan with a visit limit or an exclusion causes arguments if it is vague. A page that states what is included, what is not and how a visit is recorded saves the counter from disputes.

  • “A website without the profile's facts loses trust”

A different price on the site from the board, or a different closing time from Maps, makes the centre look careless. The site, the profile and the counter all state the same facts.

What we do

What we deliver for car wash centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built around the three questions

Price, plans and how to reach the bay, shown before anything else.

Result: A visitor learns all three without scrolling far.

  2. Service pages for washes and add-ons

One page for each wash and add-on, with what it includes and who it suits.

Result: Every service on the board has a page.

  3. A plan page with the rules in plain words

How the plan is bought, used and renewed, and what it does not cover.

Result: The plan page answers the questions the counter gets.

  4. Society and corporate pages

A short page for committees and facilities heads covering water use, timing and a trial day.

Result: A committee member can read the pitch and share it.

  5. Mobile checks and a contact path

A check that pages load on a phone and that the call, map and WhatsApp buttons work.

Result: Each button opens the right app.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does a bay need?
Enough to cover the washes, the plans, the areas served and the contact details. A small site of clear pages serves better than a large one with thin ones.
Can the site take bookings?
It can, through a form or a WhatsApp link, if the counter can honour the slots. Start with a simple enquiry route and add a booking tool only if the bay can run it.
Who updates the prices?
Someone at the centre should own that task. We build the pages so a price change takes a single edit and the board, profile and site can be kept in line.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
