Corporate cab services · Follow up systems

The account was not lost on the day. It slipped in the silence after the trial.

A follow-up system for a corporate cab service is the routine that contacts an office after a call, a vendor form, a trial and a service failure. GullySales works on who follows up, when, and what the message says.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What follow up systems means

A follow-up system is the set routine for calling, messaging or emailing an enquiry more than once, since most buyers do not decide on the first conversation. GullySales sets the number and timing of follow-ups so an undecided buyer keeps hearing from you until they decide either way.

For corporate cab services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Silence after a trial reads as a no”

The admin desk is busy and a trial that ends without a call fades. Waiting for them to decide hands the account to whichever vendor phones first.

  • “Vendor forms stall without a nudge”

A form sent and unanswered does not mean refusal. It means a missing paper or an absent approver. A polite, specific message asking what is pending restarts the file.

  • “A complaint followed up becomes loyalty”

When a pickup is missed, the admin desk expects excuses. A call the same day saying what happened and what changed leaves a stronger impression than the trouble did.

  • “Renewal follow-up starts before the notice”

By the time the admin desk announces a review, the shortlist is forming. Visits in the months before, with a summary of service, give you a place in it.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate cab services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A follow-up rule per stage

A written step for each stage: after a call, after a form, after a trial, after a complaint and before renewal.

Result: Each stage has a named person and a next step.

  2. Message templates that fit the role

Short notes for admin, procurement and finance, each with one clear ask and one clear detail.

Result: Messages are specific, not a general hello.

  3. A trial review call fixed at the start

The date and agenda of the review set when the trial begins, with the questions listed.

Result: The trial ends with a decision call.

  4. A same-day service recovery routine

A short script for the duty manager to call the admin desk after a failure, stating the cause and the change.

Result: The client hears from you before they complain.

  5. A reminder list reviewed by one person

A daily list of follow-ups due, checked by the sales lead.

Result: No due follow-up is left unowned.

How the result is measured

  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Average number of follow-ups before close
  • Enquiries closed after repeat follow-up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the follow up systems work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Measure today's reply time

From last month's enquiries, we measure how long each waited for a first reply and how many follow-ups it got.

  2. 2

    Agree targets and the sequence

We set reply targets and the follow-up sequence with your team, based on its real hours and workload.

  3. 3

Set up templates, tasks and ownership

Templates, first-call questions, CRM tasks and named owners go live, with cover for leave and weekends.

  4. 4

    Track and adjust every month

Reply time and follow-up completion are reported against the baseline, and the routine is changed where it is not kept.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 2, qualification. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many times should we follow up?
There is no fixed count. Follow up until the office gives a yes, a no or a date. Record the reply, and stop when asked. GullySales sets the rule with you.
Will following up annoy the admin manager?
Not when each message adds something: a paper, a date, an answer. A message that only asks if they have decided does annoy. We write each follow-up with a reason.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
