Luxury vehicle rental companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that appears when a family searches for the car they saw.

SEO for a luxury car rental company is the work of making each car, occasion and town findable by the phrases a family or a production coordinator types. GullySales works on car pages, occasion pages and the technical basics that let search engines read them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For luxury vehicle rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search is by car and by ceremony”

Families type the model they saw in a video, or the ceremony, such as baraat car, bridal entry car or vintage car for a pre-wedding shoot. One page headed "Our fleet" answers none of those phrases.

  • “Photographs carry the page”

A buyer judges a car from its images. Heavy phone photographs, files named IMG and missing descriptions hurt the visitor on a slow connection and weaken the page in image search as well.

  • “Late pages miss the season”

A page published in the middle of the muhurat months has no history behind it. Each car and occasion needs a real page before the season opens, so it has been read and indexed by the time families start looking.

  • “A new town needs a real page”

A company in one city that delivers a baraat car to the next town loses to a page that names that town. Service-area pages need real details about roads, venues and travel, not one paragraph with the town name swapped.

What we do

What we deliver for luxury vehicle rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A car and occasion page map

A list of the pages the site needs: one per car, one per occasion and one per town you deliver to, each assigned a phrase.

Result: A page map you can tick off as each page goes live.

  2. Copy that answers the usual questions

Each page states the model, the seating, the chauffeur arrangement, the kilometre rules and the decoration the car allows.

Result: A visitor finds the common answers on the page itself.

  3. Image preparation

Photographs resized for phones, named by car and occasion, and described in plain words.

Result: Every image carries a file name and description that match the car in it.

  4. A technical check

Titles, headings, phone page speed, business details for search engines and a sitemap reviewed and corrected.

Result: A written list of what was found and what was changed.

  5. Links between pages

Links that join car pages, occasion pages and the terms sheet so a visitor and a search engine can move between them.

Result: No car page sits alone with nothing pointing to it.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

When should the pages go live?
Before the wedding season opens, because a new page has no history. GullySales promises no ranking, but a page that exists early has been read and indexed when families begin to search.
Do we need a blog?
Only where you have something specific to say. A page on how baraat car timing works, or what a vintage car needs on a shoot, answers real questions. General posts about luxury add nothing to the site.
Can we copy the car maker's description?
Avoid it. The maker's text sits on other sites and says nothing about your car, your driver or your terms. Write what the family will see on the day, in the words a planner would use.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
