Self-drive car rental companies · Website

Build a site where a renter can see the car, the total and the pickup point.

A website for a self-drive company is the page a renter opens after a search or a post to check the car, the rules and the price before booking. GullySales works on a site that states the deposit, shows real cars and ends in a clear request for the dates.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For self-drive car rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The renter opens it on a phone, in a hurry”

Visits come from a phone, on mobile data, from someone planning a trip. A site that loads slowly, hides the deposit behind a form or asks for registration before showing a price sends that person back to the search results.

  • “Availability is the page's hardest job”

A site that shows a car as free when it is out creates a refusal and a bad review. A simple booking request form with a reply from the team is more honest than a calendar that nobody updates.

  • “Trust lives in small proof”

Photographs of the actual car with its plate, a Maps address, the documents asked for and the deposit rule give a first-timer reasons to proceed. Stock pictures of a car you do not own send the opposite message.

What we do

What we deliver for self-drive car rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Car pages with real photographs

A page per car showing the actual vehicle, the all-in cost method, rules and a request-dates button.

Result: Each car has its own page a renter can compare.

  2. Pickup-point and contact page

Addresses with map links, directions, hours and a WhatsApp number at every pickup point.

Result: A renter knows where to go and who to call.

  3. Booking request form

A short form with car, dates, pickup point and licence question, sending the details to your team and the booking record.

Result: Requests arrive with what you need to quote.

  4. First-timer and FAQ pages

Plain answers on documents, deposit, breakdowns and return, linked from every car page.

Result: Common doubts are settled on the site.

  5. Owner-side page

A separate page for car owners who want to place a vehicle with you, with the revenue share and damage handling explained.

Result: Owners and renters see pages meant for them.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Not at the start. A request form followed by a payment link sent by the team works for a small fleet. Add online payment when volume justifies it and you have a way to confirm availability first.
Should the site list prices?
Show how the price is built and an example total. A fixed rate for a festival weekend you cannot honour sets up a dispute, so state that rates change with dates.
Can the site replace the aggregator listing?
It can sit beside it. The listing gives reach; the site gives the renter a direct route next time. Keep both while the site earns its own search and Maps visits.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
