Vehicle modification workshops · Website

A website that shows the builds, answers the legal question and opens a chat.

A website for a modification workshop is the portfolio, the service list and the enquiry route an owner checks before sending a screenshot. GullySales works on what the pages show, how they are organised and where the owner is sent next.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For vehicle modification workshops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners judge the finish from the photographs”

A gallery of sharp, well-lit photos of finished cars, labelled with model and parts, is the main proof. Stock images or a few blurred phone pictures tell the owner the work is not the point.

  • “The page must say what the workshop will not do”

A line about changes that need a transport office check, and work you decline, builds more confidence than a promise to do everything. Careful owners look for it.

  • “The enquiry route is the weakest link”

A contact form that asks ten questions is abandoned. A button that opens a chat with the model and the wish already named gets the screenshot and the details.

  • “Pages by vehicle type keep buyers from leaving”

The camper builder, the bike owner and the SUV owner arrive with different needs. A short page for each, linked from the home page, lets each find their own work.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle modification workshops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A portfolio organised by car

Build pages grouped by model, each with parts fitted and notes on materials.

Result: A page for each finished build.

  2. Service pages by upgrade type

Lighting, audio, wheels, wraps, suspension, interiors and conversions, each with a short scope.

Result: A page an owner can read in a minute.

  3. A what-is-allowed section

Plain notes on each change, saying rules differ by state and to check with the transport office.

Result: A section that answers the legal question.

  4. A chat-first enquiry button

A button on every page that opens WhatsApp with the page's topic filled in.

Result: A button that works on a phone with one tap.

  5. Phone-first layout and loading

Galleries and menus tested on ordinary phones and connections.

Result: Every page opens and scrolls on a phone.

  6. A page for dealers and clubs

A short page and pack for those who recommend the workshop.

Result: A link a dealer can share in a message.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
GullySales reviews what you have first. If the pages can show your builds and open a chat, they are improved; if not, a rebuild is proposed.
How many photos belong on a build page?
Enough to show the car before, during and after, the parts fitted and any detail work. Quality and honest labelling matter more than a fixed count.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
