Coaching centres and tutors · Outdoor advertising

The board outside the school gate is read by the same parent every afternoon.

Outdoor advertising for a coaching centre is the board, kiosk or auto panel on the route between the schools your students come from and your classroom. GullySales builds the site list from your own admission register, times the display cycle to the admission window, and gives each panel one batch.

What outdoor advertising means

Outdoor advertising is the hoarding, billboard, bus shelter or digital screen on a road your buyers already use. GullySales picks the sites from where your customers actually come from, coordinates the booking with the media owner, and gives the campaign a traceable route so it is not judged on guesswork.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Pick-up time is what you are buying

A mother waiting outside the school gate at three o'clock reads the same board four afternoons a week for a month. A site on the ring road is passed once at speed by people whose children study somewhere else.

  • This is a season, not a year

Admissions bunch into the weeks around the Class 10 and Class 12 results. A twelve-month site sits ignored through the term and costs what three months bought around that window would.

  • A rank list at a hundred metres is a grey rectangle

Twenty photographs and a table of marks cannot be read from a moving auto. One batch, the start date and a number somebody can save is what survives the distance.

  • Autos run the route your students take

Back panels on the autos working between the school and your lane are cheap, and they move through the exact pocket your admission register already points at.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site list taken from the feeder schools in your register

The schools your current students actually come from, the roads between those gates and your classroom, and the junctions parents wait at, used to draw the shortlist.

Result: Boards go up where your kind of family already stands.

  2. Display cycle timed to the admission window

The mounting date and the cycle set so the panels are up while parents are asking around, with printing and permission worked backwards from that morning.

Result: You pay for the weeks families are deciding.

  3. One batch to a panel, with its start date

The board batch, the repeater batch or the crash course on its own site with the date it begins, instead of the institute's full course list crammed into one frame.

Result: A parent sees the batch their child needs and a deadline to act on.

  4. Consent and claim wording settled before printing

Written permission from the student and the parent for any photograph or name, and claims kept to what you can evidence, checked by your own adviser before the flex is made.

Result: Nothing goes up that a family or a regulator can pull you up on.

  5. A counselling line used on the boards alone

One number printed on outdoor and nowhere else, answered while the counselling desk is staffed, with every call logged against the site it came from.

Result: The school-gate board can be told apart from the main road one.

  6. Enquiries traced back to the school

Which school each enquiring child attends, recorded at the desk and read each month against the baseline taken before the boards went up.

Result: Next season's sites are chosen from what filled the batch.

How the result is measured

  • Sites booked
  • Proof of display received
  • Enquiries quoting the campaign route

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for coaching centres and tutors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how enquiries arrive in admission season, how fast they are answered, how many demo attendees join, and how your centre shows up for each course search.

  2. 2

    Fix the admission reply

A routine and a named counsellor for every enquiry, with quick replies ready for the post-results rush.

  3. 3

    Build course pages and proof

A page per course and exam, teacher profiles, lesson clips and consented reviews, kept within the current rules on coaching advertisements.

  4. 4

    Bring students in

Local search, admission season ads, scholarship tests, school seminars and referrals from past families.

  5. 5

    Convert and keep them

Demo and counselling follow-up, fee instalment reminders, and attendance flags that trigger a parent call before a student drops out.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a school-gate site worth its premium over a main road board?
For a tuition centre, yes. The parent who decides stands there every afternoon, and repeated sightings are the whole mechanism of a board. An entrance coaching institute drawing students from across the city is a different case, and there the arterial site earns its rate.
When should the boards go up?
Before the results, not after them. Parents start asking in the class WhatsApp group the week marks come out, and printing plus permission takes longer than most owners expect. A centre that appears once admissions have opened is talking to families who have already paid a fee somewhere.
Can we still use topper results in our advertising?
Carefully. The Ministry of Education's coaching guidelines and consumer protection authorities both act against misleading rank and selection claims. Any result you show must be real, checkable and used with the student's consent. We lean on teaching proof and check the current rules with you before a campaign goes live.
How do we compete with the national coaching brands?
On things they cannot offer: smaller batches, a teacher the parent can meet, and a centre close to home. We make those visible in local search and in the demo class follow-up, rather than trying to outspend them on ads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
