Law colleges · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a family looks for a law college near their court town.

Local SEO for a law college is the work of appearing in map results and nearby searches when families look for a law college in their district or near a particular court. GullySales sets up and maintains the Google Business Profile, the address details and the local pages that support it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For law colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Distance to the court complex is a search in itself”

Families and working graduates look for a law college close to the district court or High Court bench. If the profile and website do not name the court and the approach road, the college misses searches built around that landmark.

  • “A graduate searching after office hours wants the map first”

A person planning an evening LLB class searches on a phone, sees three map listings and calls the one with correct timings. A profile that shows closed hours, an old phone line or no photographs of the campus loses that call.

  • “The campus name varies across directories”

One listing says the college, another uses the trust name, a third has an old address. The search engine cannot tell they are the same place, and the profile suffers for it.

What we do

What we deliver for law colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete Google Business Profile

Name, address, business type as Google lists it, opening hours for the admission desk, phone line and photographs of the moot court, library and entrance.

Result: The profile matches the board outside the gate.

  2. A directions and court-access page

A page on the website with the route from the nearest court, bus stop or railway station, written for someone who has never visited.

Result: A visitor can plan the trip from the page alone.

  3. Name, address and phone consistency

A check of the college's listing on directories and education portals, with a list of corrections to make.

Result: The same details appear everywhere the college is listed.

  4. A routine for answering questions on the profile

Questions and reviews on the profile are read by a named person at the college, who replies politely and without disclosing student details.

Result: Nothing on the profile stays unanswered.

  5. Nearby-area pages for the districts you draw from

Short pages for the districts and towns your students come from, covering transport and hostels.

Result: Families from a neighbouring district find a page written for them.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these law colleges.

  • Five-year BA LLB and BBA LLB colleges in cities with a High Court bench

  • New law colleges still building their first batches

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we ask students for reviews on our profile?
You may invite reviews, but do not pay for them or write them. Advertising and professional rules differ by state, so check with your own council or adviser, and read the platform's current rules on reviews before asking.
We have two campuses. Do both need a profile?
Yes, if students attend classes at both. Each address needs its own profile, phone line and photographs, and its own page on the website so the two are not confused.
Does the court name belong in the profile description?
Yes, where it is true and useful. Say how far the college is and how students reach it. Do not claim any tie-up with a court or chambers unless the advocates or court have agreed to be named.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
