NEET coaching centres · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a family searches for NEET coaching near their home.

Local SEO for a NEET coaching centre covers your Google Business Profile, map listings and the local pages that decide whether a family sees you for a search near them. GullySales works on the profile, the photos, the reviews routine and the consistency of your address and branch details.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For NEET coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A teenager travelling alone makes distance a safety question”

Parents check the route, the bus stop and the time the student returns. A map listing with an accurate pin, entrance photo and landmark answers this before the first call.

  • “Each branch needs its own profile”

A centre with three branches that shares one listing sends families to the wrong door. Each branch needs its own address, phone, timings and photos, and each should be described in its own words.

  • “Reviews in education need care”

A review from a student under the age of consent comes with questions. Ask families, not children, and never offer anything in return. Platform and advertising rules change, so check each platform's current rules.

What we do

What we deliver for NEET coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up per branch

Name, address, phone, timings, services and a description written for each branch, with a pin that opens the right gate.

Result: A family searching nearby sees the correct branch details.

  2. Photo set for reassurance

Photographs of the entrance, classroom, library, doubt-clearing area and, where it applies, the hostel, taken with consent.

Result: The profile shows the place a parent is deciding to send a teenager to.

  3. Review request routine

A polite message to families who have completed a term, asking for an honest review, with a record of who was asked.

Result: You can see who was asked, and replies are never written for anyone.

  4. Local landing pages

A page for each area you draw students from, describing the transport and which branch suits the family.

Result: A family in a nearby locality finds a page that speaks to their route.

  5. Listing consistency check

Your name, address and phone compared across Google, Justdial, school boards and directories, and mismatches corrected.

Result: The same details appear everywhere a family might look.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we respond to a poor review?
Reply politely, without argument, and invite the family to call a named person. Do not reveal a student's details in a public reply. The reply is read by every future parent who opens the profile.
Can we list a hostel on the profile?
If you run it or it is formally linked to the centre, yes, with accurate details. Do not describe accommodation you do not control. Check any rules that apply to hostels with your own adviser.
Do we need a profile if we teach online?
If you also have a physical centre, yes. If you are fully online, local search matters less, and your effort is better spent on batch pages and YouTube.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
