Personality development institutes · Website

Give the parent a page that shows what happens in class.

A website for a personality development institute is where a parent, student or HR head checks the trainer, reads what a class involves and books a trial. GullySales works on the course pages, the trainer pages, the booking route and the phone speed of the site, written around what a visitor needs to decide.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For personality development institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent checks the trainer before the fee”

The first scroll on a phone is for the face and background of the person who will teach the child. A site that opens with a slogan and tucks the trainer away on an About page makes the parent hunt.

  • “Course pages must say who the class is for”

A page serving children, teenagers and adults at once speaks to none of them. Separate pages for each age group, with what a session contains and who sits in the room, let a parent picture the child there.

  • “Photographs of children raise a question”

A site full of children's faces makes careful parents ask about consent. Show the room, the trainer, the work on the board and, where parents have agreed in writing, a few moments of real class.

  • “The corporate buyer needs a different door”

An HR head wants topics, group size, a sample activity and a way to ask for a proposal. Placing that on a page parents also read confuses both. A short Corporate sessions page holds it.

What we do

What we deliver for personality development institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map

Home, a page per age group, trainer pages, corporate sessions, camps, trial booking and contact.

Result: Every buyer has a page meant for them.

  2. Course page copy

Written with the trainer: what a child does in a first session, how a hesitant child is brought in and who attends.

Result: The page uses verbs for what happens, not adjectives.

  3. Trainer pages

Background, teaching years, approach and a clear note on the training or experience behind them.

Result: A parent can name the trainer and the background after reading.

  4. A trial-booking form and WhatsApp button

A short form asking the child's age, preferred slot and the worry.

Result: Bookings land in your CRM with the age and the worry.

  5. A phone-first build and speed check

The site tested on an ordinary phone connection.

Result: Pages load on a mid-range phone.

  6. A consent and privacy note

A short note on how children's photographs are used and how data is kept.

Result: A parent can read the policy before enquiring.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can the old one be fixed?
Look at it first. If the pages exist but say nothing specific, rewriting them may be enough. If the site is slow on a phone or cannot be edited, a rebuild is cheaper than patching. We tell you which case yours is.
Can we show student results on the site?
Do not publish claims about a child's growth or testimonials about change. Advertising rules for education services differ by state, so check with your own adviser. Describe what the class does and let a parent judge at the trial.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
