Spoken English institutes · Website

Build a website where a beginner can find a batch and send a message.

A website for a spoken English institute shows the batches, the fees, the trainers and the way to message, in the languages the learners read. GullySales plans the pages, writes them with your trainers and checks that they work on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For spoken English institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The learner opens the site on a phone”

The visitor is on a mobile connection, perhaps late at night. Large images, pop-ups and long forms lose them. A page that loads on a modest connection and shows batches near the top keeps them.

  • “A beginner looks for the word beginner”

A site that talks of advanced communication solutions loses the person who wants a gentle start. Plain labels such as beginner batch, evening batch and interview practice match what the learner is thinking. The learner should not have to decode a course name to find the class that suits them.

  • “Fee, timing and place belong on the same page”

A learner who has to ask for the fee assumes it is high. Showing the fee, instalment terms if offered, the days and the road removes that doubt. A visitor who sees all three on one page can decide whether to message without another round of questions.

  • “A stock photo does not reassure”

A photo of the real classroom, the board and the entrance tells the learner that this place exists and is ordinary and welcoming. A trainer's real photo beside the batch details helps a nervous learner picture the first class, and it needs no polished studio shoot.

What we do

What we deliver for spoken English institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A list of pages: home, batches by level, interview practice, teen classes, fees, trainers, contact and demo class.

Result: Each page answers a question a learner asks.

  2. Copy in the learners' languages

Page text written with your trainers in English and the local language, in plain words.

Result: A learner can read each page in the language they chose.

  3. Demo class booking

A short form and a message button that let a visitor ask for a first class.

Result: A visitor can ask for a demo from every page.

  4. Mobile build and speed check

The pages checked on small screens and slow connections, with images sized for them.

Result: The pages open and read properly on a phone.

  5. Privacy note and contact details

A privacy note, the institute's address, a map link and contact options that match the Google profile.

Result: Name, address and phone match across the site and the profile.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram shows the feel of the class, and the website holds the details that do not fit in a post: fees, batches and location. A learner comparing institutes looks for them.
Can we build it ourselves on a website builder?
You can, if someone keeps it up to date and checks it on a phone. We plan the pages and the words so that a builder or a custom build will do. The tool matters less than the content.
Should the site show student results?
Only what can be stated truthfully, with the learner's written permission. Advertising rules for education differ by state and by regulator, so check with your own adviser before publishing any result or claim.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
