UPSC coaching centres · Website

Give the aspirant a site that shows the mentor, the method and the week.

A website for a UPSC coaching centre is where an aspirant checks your programmes, mentors, samples and fees before making contact. GullySales designs and writes the pages around what a careful aspirant wants to verify.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For UPSC coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The aspirant checks before calling”

The evaluation happens quietly on the site. A page that lists a fee table and a banner gives an aspirant too little to judge, and they leave for a centre that shows its mentors and method.

  • “Mentors are the product”

An aspirant buys access to specific people who will read their answers. Each mentor needs a page with the subjects handled, background in their own words and a clear description of how copy evaluation works.

  • “The mobile phone is the main screen”

Aspirants and working professionals read on a phone, in a hostel or on a commute. A page that loads slowly, or needs pinching and zooming, loses the reader before the sample form appears.

  • “Fees need context”

A bare number invites comparison with a free option. A fee page that sets out what is included, such as tests, evaluation, mentor sessions and library access, lets the aspirant see what they are buying.

What we do

What we deliver for UPSC coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Programme pages

Pages for foundation, test series, answer writing, interview guidance and weekend batches, each stating who it is for.

Result: Each programme describes its intended aspirant.

  2. Mentor pages

A page for every mentor with the subjects, background as stated and role in copy evaluation.

Result: An aspirant can find who will mark their work.

  3. Sample and enquiry forms

Short forms for the free sample, a demo and a mentor call, each tagged to its page.

Result: Form submissions show the page they came from.

  4. A week-in-the-centre page

A plain account of a normal week of lectures, tests, answer writing and review.

Result: The aspirant can read what a week involves.

  5. Mobile build and speed check

Pages built for a phone first and tested on a basic connection.

Result: Key pages open and read well on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for each programme?
No. One site with a page for each programme is easier to maintain and gives search engines a clear structure. Use a shared design so an aspirant moves between programmes without feeling lost.
Should the site show fees?
Yes, if you are prepared to explain them. Show what each fee includes and how instalments work. Hiding fees pushes aspirants toward centres that tell them. Check any discount wording with your own adviser.
Can the site include student testimonials?
Education advertising rules differ by profession and state, and consent matters. Check with your own council or adviser before publishing any. Pages describing method, mentors and samples can carry the page without them.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
