Insurance claim assistance services · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers the search a family makes when a claim is turned down.

SEO for a claim assistance service is the work of making your pages the ones that appear for searches such as claim rejected or death claim documents. GullySales works on page structure, wording and technical basics, and promises no ranking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For insurance claim assistance services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searches name the problem, not the service”

Nobody types claim assistance firm. They type the insurer, the word rejected or delayed, and sometimes the hospital. Pages titled for the service rather than the situation miss those searches.

  • “Thin pages lose to the insurers' own help pages”

An insurer's help page explains the process in general. A page from a claim helper wins only by being more specific: which papers, in what order, which letter to keep, and when to ask for the grievance route.

  • “A page that overpromises harms the whole site”

Words like guaranteed or full settlement attract complaints and can draw regulatory attention. Search pages built on calm, accurate wording stay up longer and earn more trust from the visitor.

  • “Language matters at a bedside”

A son in Hubballi may search in Kannada, and a nominee in Pune in Marathi. English-only pages leave out the family who needs the page most.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance claim assistance services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each claim situation

Separate pages for cashless denial, reimbursement delay, death claim, motor claim and rejected claim review, each opening with first steps.

Result: A site map with one page per situation and one purpose per page.

  2. Titles and headings that match the search

Page titles and headings written in the words families type, with the insurer and the stage named where it fits.

Result: A list of pages with the search each one is written for.

  3. An accurate, adviser-checked wording pass

Every page read for promise words, and fee and licence statements set against your adviser's guidance.

Result: A wording sheet recording what each page may and may not say.

  4. Technical basics

Page speed, mobile layout, clean addresses and a sitemap, set up so phones on weak signal load the pages.

Result: A technical check list with each item marked done or open.

  5. Local-language pages for the main situations

Plain translations of the main situation pages into the languages your callers speak, written rather than machine-converted.

Result: The same situation pages available in each chosen language.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you get us to the first result?
No one can promise a ranking. We build pages that answer the search well and that follow the rules, and we report what the pages are doing.
Do we need a blog?
Not as a first step. Situation pages come first. A guide on what to keep before a claim helps later, once the pages families land on are in place.
Will insurers' pages always beat ours?
Not on general terms. A specific page on one insurer's denial letter, with accurate steps, answers a narrower search that the insurer's general page does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
