Wealth management firms · Sales enablement

Give advisers the one-page plan template that closes meetings.

Sales enablement for a wealth management firm means the documents and tools advisers use in a meeting. That includes a proposal template, a fee comparison sheet and answers to common objections. GullySales builds these so every adviser presents the firm the same, considered way.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For wealth management firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A proposal template beats a blank document every time”

An adviser building a plan from scratch each time is slower and less consistent than one working from a tested template with the firm's standard sections.

  • “A one-page fee comparison closes the objection early”

Showing how the fee compares to a discount platform, honestly, before the investor raises it themselves removes the biggest reason mandates stall.

  • “New advisers need the objection list on day one”

A written list of the ten questions investors ask most, with approved answers, shortens the time a new adviser takes to close their first mandate.

What we do

What we deliver for wealth management firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Proposal template with standard sections

A tested proposal document covering the plan, the fee and the next steps, used by every adviser.

Result: Every investor receives the same considered, complete proposal.

  2. Fee comparison sheet against discount platforms

A one-page, honest comparison showing what the fee covers against a discount broker or platform.

Result: The fee objection gets addressed before an investor even raises it.

  3. Objection answer sheet for common questions

A written list of the questions investors ask most, with an approved answer for each, for advisers to reference.

Result: A newer adviser answers a hard question as well as a senior one.

  4. Adviser one-pager for each service line

A short summary document per service, such as retirement planning or NRI advisory, for advisers to hand over or send.

Result: An investor leaves the meeting with something concrete to review.

  5. Ongoing update process for materials

A schedule for reviewing and updating proposal templates and objection sheets as regulations or products change.

Result: Advisers always work from materials that reflect current rules.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your advisers carry

Advisers should carry cleared papers, not their own memory of the rules.

Registration and disclosure page
Registration category and number, the services it permits and how the firm is paid. The compliance officer keeps it current and attaches it to every proposal.
Proposal template
The client's goals, current holdings, suggested approach, risks, fees and review process in fixed sections. The adviser fills it in and compliance reviews the template itself.
Fee comparison sheet
How your fee is charged compared with direct-plan platforms and commission-based distribution, in plain words with no return figures. Compliance signs it off.
Risk profile questionnaire
The same form for each client, so the file shows why a product suited them. The head adviser owns it and files it with the proposal.
Objection answer sheet
Factual replies to 'I can invest online myself' and 'why pay a fee', with no performance promises. Compliance reads each answer before it is added.
Past-performance rules note
A reminder of what may and may not be shown about past returns; check the current rules with your regulator and compliance officer. Compliance updates it.

Who it is for

This is written for these wealth management firms.

  • Independent practices registered as investment advisers
  • Registered investment advisory firms
  • Portfolio management services
  • Family offices
  • Mutual fund distributors
  • Insurance and wealth practices
  • NRI-focused wealth advisers
  • Retirement and pension planning practices

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your firm has no agreed plan structure, so a template would be copied wrongly by each adviser.
  • Your compliance officer has not approved the one-page plan, and an unapproved paper must not reach an investor.

How it works

How the sales enablement work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit what exists

We collect the material from managers, reps, shared drives and chat groups, and mark what is current, outdated or duplicated.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Assets are grouped by stage of the sale and by buyer type, named by one rule and placed where reps already work.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

We interview your best reps and managers and build the missing battle cards, answers and guides.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

New hires get a clear order of material to cover, linked to your sales stages and the tools they will use.

  5. 5

Assign owners and keep it current

Each asset gets an owner and a review rule, and triggers such as a price change or a new competitor prompt an update.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who maintains these materials?
We build the first set and update them with your team as regulations, products or common objections change.
Does this work for a one-adviser firm?
Yes. A solo adviser benefits from a template as much as a team does, since it saves time on every proposal.
Can advisers send the proposal to prospects on WhatsApp?
Only the final cleared PDF, with the registration and disclosure page attached, and never a typed summary of figures. Keep a record of what each client received. Check your regulator's current rules on client communication and records.
How do we keep the template in step when the rules change?
Date every version, keep a dated archive of what each client was sent and let only the compliance officer release a new template. Advisers then work from one live copy, and a past proposal can be checked against the version in force.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
