Wealth management firms · Website

Build a website that survives an investor's background check.

Website development for a wealth management firm means a site that shows the adviser, the registration, the fee structure and a clear way to book a first meeting. An investor checks all four before calling. GullySales builds and maintains this site rather than leaving it as a one-time project.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wealth management firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The fee page cannot be missing”

A site with no mention of how fees work sends a cautious investor looking elsewhere, even if the actual answer would have satisfied them.

  • “Adviser pages need more than a name and a photograph”

Qualifications, years of experience and a registration number turn a generic team page into the credibility check an investor is actually running.

  • “The booking step should not be a contact form alone”

A direct way to pick a meeting time, alongside a phone number and WhatsApp, catches investors who would otherwise close the tab rather than wait for a reply.

What we do

What we deliver for wealth management firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Fee explanation page

A clear page setting out how your fee structure works, since a site with no answer to this loses a cautious investor.

Result: An investor gets the fee question answered before they need to ask.

  2. Adviser pages with full credentials

Pages for each adviser showing qualifications, experience and registration number, not just a name and photograph.

Result: The investor who searched your adviser's name finds the registration number on your own page.

  3. Direct meeting booking, not a contact form alone

A way to pick a meeting time directly, alongside a phone number and WhatsApp link.

Result: An investor who would close the tab instead books a time.

  4. Ongoing maintenance for rule and fee changes

A standing arrangement to update the site whenever a tax rule, a fee or an adviser changes.

Result: The site never carries information that is quietly out of date.

  5. Technical foundation fixed before content is added

Site speed, mobile display and basic technical health checked and fixed as the first step.

Result: Content added later has a working site to sit on.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a wealth management firm's website must show before an investor books a meeting.

Registration as issued, beside each adviser
Show your regulator registration type and number, such as investment adviser, portfolio manager or AMFI ARN, and link to the register where it can be checked.
Who you work with
State the type of investor you serve, and any minimum you have. It spares both sides a meeting that cannot go anywhere.
Whether you are paid by fee or by commission
Say in one plain sentence whether the client pays you a fee, a product provider pays you commission, or both. Cautious investors look for this.
Process from first meeting to plan
Describe the steps: introduction, risk profile, plan, review. List what to bring, such as PAN, KYC details and statements.
Risk wording approved by compliance
Add that investments are subject to market risk and that past performance is not an indicator of future returns, using the wording your compliance officer has approved.
Grievance route and contact details
Name the person who handles complaints and how an investor can escalate. A careful investor reads this before reading anything else.

Who it is for

This is written for these wealth management firms.

  • Independent practices registered as investment advisers
  • Registered investment advisory firms
  • Portfolio management services
  • Family offices
  • Mutual fund distributors
  • Insurance and wealth practices
  • NRI-focused wealth advisers
  • Retirement and pension planning practices

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your registration and adviser details are not yet in order, and an investor's background check would find the gaps.
  • You want the site to show returns or client results, which a registered adviser should not publish.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does a new website take?
Six to ten weeks for a firm of a few advisers, depending on how much adviser and product content needs to be written.
Does the website need to be updated often?
Yes, at minimum whenever a tax rule, a fee or an adviser changes, since outdated information on a financial site is quickly noticed.
Can the site have a risk profile questionnaire?
Yes, as a conversation starter, not as advice. State that the result is indicative and that a registered adviser must assess suitability. Collect only the answers you need, say how they are stored, and have compliance read the questions and result wording before launch.
Can we publish market commentary and blog posts?
Yes, as general education. Date each post, avoid naming a product to buy, and add the standard risk note. Have the compliance officer approve each piece, and keep an archive. Check the regulator's current rules on advertising and on what you may say.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
