Furniture stores and retailers · Outdoor advertising

A showroom visit is a planned drive, so the board must say how far and which turn.

Outdoor advertising for a furniture showroom is bought on the roads that lead to a store families drive to on a Sunday with the room measurements saved on a phone. GullySales picks sites by the approach to your door, adds the last-turn boards that stop people overshooting it, and puts a code on the offer.

A furniture shop floor: a stepped stack of mattresses under a rack of foam samples, a sofa with a swing ticket on a low platform beside an angled rug and a lit floor lamp, and a round dining table with one chair turned out to face the aisle

What outdoor advertising means

Outdoor advertising is the hoarding, billboard, bus shelter or digital screen on a road your buyers already use. GullySales picks the sites from where your customers actually come from, coordinates the booking with the media owner, and gives the campaign a traceable route so it is not judged on guesswork.

For furniture stores and retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nobody stops at a sofa showroom on the way to work

The visit is planned the night before and made at the weekend, often with a grandparent in the car. A panel earns its cycle by telling that driver how far ahead the store is and which side to turn.

  • Show the room, because one chair says nothing at speed

A single product photograph is lost at fifty kilometres an hour. A finished living room or a complete modular kitchen in one frame is what the passenger points at, and the wardrobe conversation starts at home that evening.

  • The sale dates set the cycle, not the calendar month

Families plan a year-end or festival purchase in the week before the offer opens. Flex mounted on the first morning of the sale has missed the people who arranged their Sunday around it.

  • A structure cannot follow anybody onto the floor

No panel reports a visit, and a media owner's audience figure is an estimate. An offer code on the sites, asked for on the enquiry slip and again at the measurement booking, is what ties an order to a road.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture stores and retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Approach roads mapped from your delivery addresses

The routes last season's deliveries actually went out along, and the panels facing traffic moving towards the showroom on those roads.

Result: The sites sit on the drive your customers already make.

  2. Last-turn and directional boards

Smaller boards near the store giving the distance and the side to turn, with the media owner asked to show the permission held for each structure.

Result: Fewer families overshoot the turn and give up for the day.

  3. Room-led artwork

One finished room photographed for the panel, the store name at reading distance and the offer in a single line, set inside the safe area the frame leaves.

Result: The board sells the room your floor is already arranged to sell.

  4. Cycle dated to the sale

Mounting set for the week before the festival or year-end offer opens and held through the delivery promises, written into the order.

Result: The flex is working while the visit is being planned.

  5. Dated proof of display

Photographs of each site at mounting and again mid-cycle, with unlit or torn panels raised with the media owner during the cycle.

Result: You are not paying for a board that came down in week two.

  6. A code the floor staff ask for

An offer code carried on the outdoor sites alone, asked on the enquiry slip and at the measurement booking, logged site by site.

Result: You learn which road brought the order, not just the walk-in.

How the result is measured

  • Sites booked
  • Proof of display received
  • Enquiries quoting the campaign route

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for furniture stores and retailers

  1. 1

Audit the enquiry and follow-up journey

We check how a customer finds a specific piece today, how fast a showroom or website enquiry is answered, and whether walk-ins and measurement visits are followed up.

  2. 2

    Build room and product pages

A page per room set and major product category, with real photographs, price ranges and delivery timelines, so a customer pictures the piece before visiting.

  3. 3

    Fix the enquiry response

A same-day response routine for website and WhatsApp enquiries, so a customer comparing stores hears back before choosing another.

  4. 4

Bring in the right showroom visits

Local search, social content and advertising aimed at the rooms and products you want to sell more of.

  5. 5

Follow up through measurement and delivery

A tracked follow-up at each stage, from showroom visit to measurement to delivery, so the sale does not go cold in the gap.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Are the small directional boards near the store worth buying?
For a showroom set back from the main road they matter more than the large site does. A driver who misses the turn on a service road usually does not come back the same afternoon. They cost little, and the media owner should still show you the permission for each one.
We have three showrooms in one city. Do we advertise all of them?
One panel per approach road, each naming the showroom it points to. A board listing three addresses is read as none of them. After a full cycle, compare the codes site by site and put the next round's money on the road that produced orders.
Do we need a full online store, or is the showroom enough?
A showroom-led business still needs strong product pages, since most customers research and shortlist online before visiting.
How do you handle the gap between measurement and delivery?
With a tracked message at each stage. One goes the day after measurement to confirm the drawing, and another fixes the delivery slot two days ahead. The customer hears from you before she starts visiting other stores.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
