Bon Millette
A new food brand had nothing online for a first-time buyer to weigh up.
Bon Millette makes millet-based snack foods, and a first-time buyer had no way to judge the brand, the ingredients or the certifications before trying it. GullySales built a mobile-responsive site that sets out the story, the certifications and the full ingredient list in the order a buyer asks for them. Search work was done on every page.

The problem they brought us
Where things stood.
A new food brand has to look trustworthy before anyone will try it, and Bon Millette had nothing online for a first-time buyer to weigh up.
The mission and vision were not organised anywhere, product details and ingredient lists had no home, and the way the brand looked did not match what it was selling.
What we did about it
The work, in the order it happened.
- 1
A site that matches the food
A clean, modern, mobile-responsive website designed to look like the natural product it sells.
- 2
The story in a trust-building order
Brand story, mission and certifications arranged so a buyer reads the proof in the order they ask for it.
- 3
Product sections with full disclosure
A dedicated section for each product with the benefits and the complete ingredient list, nothing held back.
- 4
A short path from reading to buying
Menus simplified so the step from learning about a product to buying it or contacting the company is one move, not four.
- 5
Search work on every page
On-page search work so the brand turns up when someone looks for millet snacks, not only when they already know the name.
Where it landed
The outcome.
No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work
Tell us what you need, and we start from there.
You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.
We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Your next practical step
Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
