Divya Agros

A certified organic business had nowhere to show its certificates.

Divya Agros sells organic produce and works with growers, and had no website, so its products, its story and its certificates had no home. GullySales planned the pages first, wrote them in plain farming language, gave them one visual identity, and set the search basics for each page.

Web designers review a website layout alongside printed wireframes and a smartphone
Illustrative scene, not a photograph of the client.

The problem they brought us

Where things stood.

Certification is the proof in organic produce. Divya Agros had the certificates and no place to put them, which is a hard position to build trust from.

Anyone who wanted to know what was on offer, how it was grown and how to buy had to ring the office. The mission, vision and values were implied rather than written anywhere a buyer or a grower could read them.

What we did about it

The work, in the order it happened.

  1. 1

    Site structure planned first

Wireframes and a page flow agreed before any design work, so the site was built around the questions people were ringing the office to ask.

  2. 2

    A responsive website

Home, about, products, certificates, channel partners and contact pages, built for the phone a grower actually holds. The certificates page is the one that answers the first trust question in organic produce.

  3. 3

    Pages written for the reader

Product and production copy written in farmer-focused language, without the trade vocabulary that leaves a grower guessing.

  4. 4

    A visual identity

Icons, banners and product imagery, so the pages read as one business rather than a folder of stock pictures.

  5. 5

    Search foundation

Meta titles, descriptions and keywords set for every page, then tested and deployed.

Where it landed

How we work

Tell us what you need, and we start from there.

You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.

We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
