ViRo Enterprises

A solar and heat pump business had no credible first stop for a buyer.

ViRo Enterprises sells solar and heat pump systems, and there was no professional, easy-to-use website representing the company at all, so its products and its purpose went unexplained. GullySales planned the user experience, designed and built a responsive site, wrote the pages, and gave it a search-friendly structure for the marketing that follows.

The problem they brought us

Where things stood.

There was no professional, easy-to-use website representing the company at all. A buyer comparing solar suppliers had nothing to read.

The products and the mission were not explained clearly anywhere, the visuals changed from one piece to the next, and there was no search foundation for anything to build on.

What we did about it

The work, in the order it happened.

  1. 1

    User experience planned first

Planning and wireframes agreed before design, so each page has one job to do.

  2. 2

    A responsive website

A fully responsive design that works on the phone a homeowner uses to compare suppliers.

  3. 3

    Pages written properly

Home, about us, solutions and contact written so a buyer understands what is being sold and why.

  4. 4

    One visual language

Banners, icons and imagery designed as a set, so the site holds together and encourages an enquiry.

  5. 5

    Tested and deployed

Cross-browser testing, then deployment on the company's own domain with a search-friendly structure.

Where it landed

The outcome.

No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work

Tell us what you need, and we start from there.

You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.

We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
