GullySales

Every piece your business puts out looks like it came from the same business.

Gully Sales designs the everyday creative your business needs to keep showing up: social posts, packaging, signage, presentations, event graphics and print, all within your identity and to a brief, so nothing goes out looking improvised.

  • A working design function without hiring a designer or chasing freelancers.
  • Every post, label, standee and slide built from one identity and one brief.
  • Templates and an asset library, so routine pieces stop needing a designer at all.

Gully Sales Private Limited builds brand, marketing and sales systems for small and medium businesses across India.

In one paragraph

What is Creative and Graphic Design Services?

Creative and graphic design is the everyday design output a business needs once its identity exists: social media creatives, packaging and labels, signage and standees, presentation templates, infographics, festival greetings, exhibition graphics and print. Gully Sales runs it for Indian SMBs as a briefed, scheduled service that works inside your identity, so each piece is purposeful, consistent and delivered on time without an in-house designer.

The problem

Your design gets done, but by whoever is free, and it shows.

Most SMBs do not lack design so much as anyone whose job it is. Work arrives when a deadline does: a festival post on Thursday, an exhibition banner next month, a label the factory needs changed by Friday. Each request begins with finding someone free, explaining the business again and then waiting. The rules may even exist on paper. What does not exist is the capacity to apply them, week after week, to the twenty small things a growing business has to put out.

You will recognise it as

  • A request waits days because the only person who can do it is busy with something else.
  • Social posts are made the night before, from whatever template the app suggested.
  • Every new requirement starts with finding a designer, briefing from scratch and waiting.
  • Packaging, signage and presentations came from different vendors with no shared reference.
  • You have paid for design many times and still do not own a usable set of files.

What it costs the business

  • Buyers see an uneven business and, without saying so, mark it down on credibility and price.
  • The money spent on your identity is diluted every time a piece is made without it.
  • Launches and campaigns slip because creative is the last thing ready.

Why it persists. Design is treated as a task, not a function. Nobody owns the standard, files live on individual laptops and vendor drives, and each requirement is urgent enough to skip the brief. A full-time designer feels expensive for the volume, and freelancers change with every project, so the business keeps starting from zero.

If it stays unresolved. The gap grows with the business. More products, channels and people producing material mean more variation, and the identity you paid for becomes one option among many. Fixing it later means redoing everything at once.

What changes

What changes when design becomes a function rather than a favour.

In the first weeks

  • A brief format and request route, so every requirement arrives with what a designer needs.
  • An audit of your current materials showing what to keep, fix and retire.
  • Master templates for the pieces you produce most often.

In how the work runs

  • A monthly creative calendar, so recurring pieces are planned rather than rushed.
  • A shared asset library the whole team can use, with agreed turnaround per piece type.
  • Print-ready and screen-ready exports handed over correctly the first time.

In sales and marketing

  • Sales conversations open with credible material instead of an apology for the slides.
  • Launches and campaigns go out on the planned date with the creative complete.

In what management can see

  • One look across social, packaging, signage and print that customers begin to recognise.

Over the longer term

  • A design system your business owns and any future designer can pick up.
  • Recognition that builds because every piece adds to the same picture.

Gully Sales controls the brief, the design, the consistency and the delivery of each piece. Recall, engagement and enquiries also depend on where the work is placed, the offer behind it and your team's follow-through, so we report them but do not promise them.

Who it is for

Every week brings design work, and this is for businesses with nobody to do it.

The businesses it suits

  • SMBs with an existing logo and identity that is applied unevenly across their materials.
  • Businesses producing creative every week for social, WhatsApp, dealers or events without a designer.
  • Manufacturers and packaged-goods brands whose packaging, signage and catalogue graphics must match.
  • Marketing heads with one in-house designer who need capacity and standards around that person.
  • Companies facing a launch, exhibition season or new channel with a backlog of creative.

What usually prompts the call

  • A launch, exhibition or festival season is coming and the creative list is long and unowned.
  • A new identity or rebrand has just been delivered and now has to reach every surface.
  • A freelancer or in-house designer has left and the working files went with them.
  • A dealer, distributor or investor has remarked on how uneven your materials look.

What Gully Sales does

The work, component by component.

Brand application system

Your identity translated into working rules for everyday output: grids, colour use, type sizes, image treatment and layout patterns for each format, whether or not a formal guidelines document exists.

Why it matters:
A logo file is not a system. Without applied rules, every piece is a fresh interpretation.
You receive:
Format-by-format layout rules and master files in editable form.
Business value:
Consistency that survives a change of designer, vendor or team member.

Social and digital creatives

Posts, stories, carousels, WhatsApp creatives, email headers, banners and festival greetings, planned on a monthly calendar and produced in batches against your marketing plan.

Why it matters:
Daily channels reward consistency and punish improvisation, and they consume the most creative.
You receive:
A monthly batch of creatives in the exact sizes each platform needs.
Business value:
A feed that looks like a business, produced without a nightly scramble.

Packaging, labels and product graphics

Primary and secondary packaging, labels, dielines, information panels and range extensions, prepared for the converter with the statutory content you supply placed correctly.

Why it matters:
For a product business, the pack is seen more often than any advertisement.
You receive:
Print-ready artwork per SKU on the converter's dieline, with a version log.
Business value:
A range that looks like one family on the shelf and is easy to extend.

Signage, exhibition and event graphics

Shop and factory signage, vehicle graphics, exhibition stalls, standees, backdrops and banners, designed to be read at the distance and speed they will actually be seen.

Why it matters:
Environment pieces are expensive to reprint, so getting them right the first time matters.
You receive:
Scaled artwork with material and finish notes, and proof checks before the run.
Business value:
A stall or premises that people can find, read and remember.

Presentations, infographics and documents

Presentation templates, proposal and report layouts, infographics, process diagrams and certificates that your team can fill in without breaking the design.

Why it matters:
Documents made by staff are the most frequent and least controlled output in most SMBs.
You receive:
Editable templates with locked masters and a short how-to-use note.
Business value:
Professional documents from every desk, not only the ones near a designer.

What you will have at the end.

  • A creative audit of your existing materials, with a keep, fix and retire list.
  • A creative brief template and an agreed request route for your team.
  • Format-by-format application rules for your identity, in editable master files.
  • A monthly creative calendar aligned to your marketing and sales plan.
  • Social, WhatsApp and email creatives in platform-correct sizes each month.
  • Packaging, label, signage and event artwork prepared to the vendor's requirement.
  • Editable presentation, proposal and document templates with a usage note.
  • A shared asset library on your storage, indexed and owned by you.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step.

  1. 1

    Audit and inventory

We collect every piece your business currently uses, from the signboard photo to the last ten social posts, and check each against your identity, its purpose and its channel.

    You provide:
Current files, photographs of physical pieces, logo files and any guidelines.
    We produce:
An inventory with a keep, fix and retire decision per piece.
    Done when:
You have agreed the list and the first priorities.
  2. 2

    Brief and standards

We agree the brief format, the request route, who approves what, the recurring pieces you need and the turnaround for each type, and translate your identity into working layout rules.

    You provide:
One decision-maker, the marketing calendar and any statutory content rules.
    We produce:
Brief template, approval route, turnaround table and application rules.
    Done when:
Your team can raise a request and knows when it comes back.
  3. 3

    Master templates

We design the master for each recurring format first: the post family, the presentation, the label structure, the document set. Everything later is built from these.

    You provide:
Feedback on two rounds and real content for one live example per format.
    We produce:
Approved masters in editable files, with one finished example each.
    Done when:
A new piece in any recurring format takes hours, not days.
  4. 4

    Production cycle

Each month we plan the calendar, batch the routine pieces, take project requests through the brief and deliver against the agreed turnaround, with one review round per piece. For printed pieces we prepare files to the vendor's requirement and check proofs.

    You provide:
Content, product details, photographs, vendor contacts and approvals within the agreed window.
    We produce:
Delivered creative in final formats, logged against the calendar, with proofs approved.
    Done when:
The month's pieces are out on time and the printed ones match the approved file.
  5. 5

    Library and monthly review

Every final file, master and source asset is filed in your shared library with naming and version rules. Each month we report pieces produced against plan, turnaround, what was used and what was not, and adjust the next calendar.

    You provide:
A storage location your business controls, and thirty minutes of honest feedback each month.
    We produce:
An indexed library you own, a one-page review note and next month's calendar.
    Done when:
Anyone on your team can find the current file, and next month is planned.

Ways to work with us

Ways to work with us on creative and graphic design.

Creative audit and master templates

A fixed-scope start: the audit, the brief and request system, application rules and master templates for your recurring formats, handed over in editable files.

Monthly design retainer

An agreed volume of creative each month across social, documents, print and events, with a calendar, set turnarounds, print coordination and the monthly review.

Project pack

A defined set of pieces for one event: a launch, an exhibition, a festival campaign or a new range, briefed, produced and delivered as one job with its own timeline.

Packaging and product graphics

A range-level project covering dielines, labels, panels and extensions for a product family, coordinated with your converter through proofs to the first run.

Why Gully Sales

What you are actually choosing when you choose us.

We design from the sale backwards.

Gully Sales builds sales and marketing systems, so every brief starts with what the piece has to do in a conversation, a feed or on a shelf. A standee nobody can read from the aisle is a design failure, however attractive the file.

We work inside your identity, not around it.

Whether your logo came from us or from someone else, we apply it faithfully and write down the rules we used. The point is that your business looks like itself, not like our portfolio.

Briefs and turnarounds are agreed, not implied.

Every piece has a brief, an owner, a review round and a delivery date your team knows in advance. That is what turns design from a favour into a function your business can plan around.

You own everything from the first month.

Masters, source files, fonts and final artwork live in a library on your storage, indexed and versioned. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us and the next designer starts where we stopped.

Where it applies

The same service, in different businesses.

Engineering and industrial manufacturing

The situation:
A component maker exhibits at two trade fairs a year, sends dealers WhatsApp updates and hands out spec sheets, each made by whoever was available.
How it applies:
Stall graphics, standees and dealer creatives built from one set of masters, with a calendar that starts the fair work weeks earlier.
Likely benefit:
The stall, the handouts and the follow-up messages all look like the same manufacturer.

Packaged food and consumer goods

The situation:
A regional snack brand has grown to a dozen SKUs, each label designed at launch by a different vendor, and is now entering modern trade.
How it applies:
A label architecture across the range on the converter's dielines, with a version log, plus monthly social creatives that match the packs.
Likely benefit:
A shelf presence that reads as one family and a range that is simple to extend.

Hospitals and clinics

The situation:
A multi-speciality hospital produces patient leaflets, camp posters and doctor introductions from several departments with no shared look.
How it applies:
Department-level templates within one hospital identity, a request route through one coordinator and a calendar for camps and awareness days.
Likely benefit:
Patients see one hospital, and departments get material without waiting weeks.

Retail and franchise networks

The situation:
A growing franchise sends outlets seasonal offers and in-store material, and each outlet adapts it locally with its own fonts and colours.
How it applies:
Locked masters with editable fields for outlet details, a quarterly campaign pack and a library outlets can pull from directly.
Likely benefit:
Every outlet runs the same campaign and looks like the same brand.

Proof

Work we can point to.

ViRo Enterprises, a solar and heat pump company

The problem:
A renewable energy company with four decades of engineering behind it had nothing visual that conveyed that expertise or made its solutions easy to take in.
What we did:
Gully Sales designed banners, icons and visuals conveying energy efficiency and sustainability, and planned the user flow and wireframes they sit within.
The result:
A professional online identity reflecting the company’s credibility and technical expertise, with content customers find easy to explore, as the case study records. No figures are stated there.

Questions buyers ask

Before you enquire, the answers you will want.

What do you need from us to start creative and graphic design work?

Your logo files, any guidelines that exist, examples of everything currently in use, your marketing calendar for the next quarter and one person who can approve work. If some of these are missing we start with what you have; the audit finds the gaps. The most important input is a decision-maker who can answer a brief and sign off within a day or two.

How much of our team's time will this take?

More in the first month, less afterwards. The audit and master templates need a few hours of review from the decision-maker across two or three rounds. Once masters are approved, a routine piece needs a brief and one approval, usually minutes. The monthly review is thirty minutes. Without a brief and an approval, no design service can deliver on time.

Do we need brand guidelines before you can design for us?

No. A formal guidelines document helps, but many SMBs have only a logo and a few pieces they like. We derive working application rules from those and write down what we apply, so consistency does not depend on a document you do not yet have. A full guidelines document is a separate service, and this work feeds directly into it.

How long does the engagement take?

It depends on the number of formats and the monthly volume, so we set dates in the proposal rather than here. The audit, brief system and master templates come first as a fixed-scope stage, and retainer or project work follows. A project pack for one event has its own timeline set from the event date backwards, with print lead times included.

Can you work with our existing printer, converter or fabricator?

Yes, and we prefer to. Your vendors know their machines and materials, and our job is to prepare files to their requirement, specify the job clearly and check the proof. If a vendor cannot hold colour or reproduce a finish, we tell you and suggest alternatives, but choosing vendors remains your decision and the commercial relationship stays with you.

Who owns the files and templates you create?

Your business does, from the first month. Masters, source files, fonts you have licensed, photographs and final artwork are filed in a library on storage you control, with naming and version rules. We hand over editable formats where the software allows and keep nothing exclusive. If the engagement ends, the next designer starts from the library, not from zero.

How is success measured?

In two layers. What we control is measured monthly: consistency against the identity, turnaround against the agreed table, volume against the calendar and how many pieces were actually used. What follows from the work is read over quarters: engagement on the channels served, response to launches and events, recall among customers and dealers, and enquiries attributed to supported campaigns.

What is excluded from creative and graphic design scope?

Creating a new logo or identity, naming, brand strategy and formal guidelines documents are separate services and come before this one. Website design, paid ad variants built for performance testing, long-form copywriting, photography, video and printing costs themselves are also outside scope, though we coordinate with the people who do them and prepare files for them.
