HOPO Hardware
A hardware brand was effectively invisible to the trade it sold to.
HOPO Hardware sells hardware and fittings into the trade, and had no website, branding or online presence for a dealer to check against a catalogue. GullySales built the catalogue website and enquiry dashboard, designed the logo, palette and stationery, opened the social and Google accounts, and set up the domain, hosting and email.

The problem they brought us
Where things stood.
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
There was no standard branding, product information sat in scattered files, and the company had no social media or Google presence. To anyone searching, it was effectively invisible.
What we did about it
The work, in the order it happened.
- 1
Website and product catalogue
Every product published with images, specifications and categories, so a dealer can check a fitting without ringing the office.
- 2
Logo and colour palette
A logo designed and a full colour palette set, then used everywhere the company appears.
- 3
Printed stationery
Business cards, letterhead and envelopes, so what arrives in the post matches what is on screen.
- 4
Social accounts opened
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X (formerly Twitter) set up with the new identity.
- 5
Google properties set up
Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics, so the company appears in search and the traffic can be counted.
- 6
Infrastructure in place
Domain and hosting with one year of support, plus official company email.
- 7
An enquiry dashboard
A CMS dashboard where every enquiry from the site is recorded, so none are lost in somebody's inbox. No dealer enquiry figure was recorded for this project; the dashboard is what lets the owner count them from here.
Where it landed
The outcome.
No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work
Tell us what you need, and we start from there.
You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.
We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Where to go from here

Your next practical step
Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
